“I honestly think y'all are crazy asking me for feedback after ghosting multiple emails and DMs. I would have been a little more okay with the insane several year long delay had you actually communicated anything to me. And with so many other people saying the exact same I can really confidently saying I'll be telling people to avoid this place.”

“I pre-ordered a figure for almost $300. I never got it. I emailed them twice with my order number hoping to get a status update. I never got a response. It has been long enough that my bank chargeback was declined. Do not buy from this company unless you want to send your money into a black hole.”
“This is my new gunpla stop. They have kits I can't get at my local hobby store and shipping is fast and cheap. Everything I have ordered so far has arrived in excellent condition.”
“I should preface by saying that I think Glacier Hobbies is an entirely well-intentioned company and if something that I want is listed on their site again, I would consider doing business with them again. That being said though, this company has a couple of problems, the biggest of which being their customer service. I placed an order in April last year that was supposed to ship in semptember/October, and when it didn't, I contacted them via email regarding my order. I received radio silence for over 4 months during which I tried contacting them in various ways: instagram. Facebook, and email multiple times. Eventually I resorted to contacting my bank to retry and get my money back and only then did the company send me my package. This sounds really bad but they opted to give me a full refund on the order as well so I essentially received my item for free. This leads to believe that there was likely no ill intent on their part and it was probably an honest mistake. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this but there are definitely some problems that they have over there with managing their orders and contacting customers.”

“It took over 1.5 years (April 2022 -> Dec 2023 ) to receive my item. I'm happy I finally received my item, and this wasn't a scam, but by now, I've found many other sites that had the item for even cheaper than the initial pre-order discount price.”
“Liem responded very quickly to my email regarding my order status. He promptly addressed the shipping delay and my item was shipped within 1-2 business days after my inquiry. It took about a week to ship. I paid $10 for shipping. When my item arrived the box was damaged. The corner is badly crumbled. I took a few photos and emailed them to Liem with my concern. He did not respond. I find the lack of response to be a bit concerning. I would hope the owner would make things right with at least a discount coupon. I bought this item as a present and I’m deeply disappointed by the damaged product. I hope Liem does better for future customers, I will not be purchasing from Glacier Hobbies again.”
