“Sticking to a diet - in my case an "anabolic" diet, can be challenging. Carbs and sugars need to largely make way for Protein and healthy fats. As a result, the cereal and grain-based products we used to love are amongst the first to go. NOT necessarily! Thanks to creative and innovative solutions, such as Grandma Crunch, we can keep enjoying our favorite guilty pleasures, WITHOUT the sugary carbs and WITHOUT the actual guilt! It's products like these, in combination with a solid selection of whole foods of course, that make dieting possible for me, not as a short-term effort, but as an actual lifestyle change. “What a disappointment! Impossible to eat! They seem like cereal that was left open for months and is all chewy and soft. I bought the 4 box package. If you're up for the worst cereal-like food you have ever tried, this is it!”

“Cinnamon tastes like the cinnamon challenge, but all other flavors, especially the Coconut and the Brownie are nice. It's pricey but it fills you for longer than the sugar-loaded cereals.”

“Wasn't quite sure what to expect to be honest, but had been failing miserably to manage my protein intake without completely 'over carbing' - this is briliant! I am very impressed and, because the balance is better to start the day, I am not as hungry later on - the fact that it is really easy (no prep required!) makes it a winner in my mind :)”

“Very disappointed. The texture is tacky with almost no flavour. Really disappointed in this product. I'm not a complainer but this really does not taste good and isn't worth it. Will try somewhere else.”
