“I recently purchased GUNDAM model kits, and I'm quite pleased with the quality of the items themselves. However, I must note that the boxes arrived with some minor damage due to being slightly squished during transit. Despite this, I'm happy with my purchase but hope the packaging can be improved in the future to avoid such issues.”

“I really dislike ordering on line, so I rang and spoke to a very lovely young man, who was able to answer any questions I had. My biggest concern I had was with the online product description. I ordered the grass tufts and needed to know the diameter and height of the tufts, which was why I had to talk to someone. Even when I got the tufts, they weren’t exactly what I needed, but I had to make do. And there was no mention that the tufts almost disintegrate when they come in contact with water. Phone service was excellent.”
