“My husband really likes the coat I bought him but the delivery times and communication was disappointing to say the least, I ordered on 20th August, on the 3rd September I emailed to say where is it, to be told that their supplier had sent the wrong item. I emailed again on the 9th to see what was happening and was then told on the 10th that it had been finally dispatched to me. Kind of puts you off ordering from Hollands when you have to wait that long, a shame as some lovely stuff on the website!”

“This is the first time I've purchased anything; I ordered two different pairs of boots, they were dispatched promptly and delivered well within the time stated. I ordered size 8, one pair was too lose, the other pair was too tight. If this was a story of the 3 pairs (excuse my pun) no doubt the 3rd pair would be just right... That not being the case, I looked for the return information which was easy to find and the process was even easier, the company provided a print at home return label and I returned them. My refund was very prompt too, back in my account (less the postage) faster than estimated. I'm still trying to find a pair of boots but the experience was pleasan, well done.”

“Absolutely worth the money, really great quality l was so impressedwhen I opened the parcel, the length is perfect, slightly on the larger side but lm in-between sizes and tend to go larger so plenty of room for thicker jumpers when it gets cold. Brilliant, thanks also for the free mug always handy!”
