“I purchased remembrance urns. They are smaller than full-size urns. The quality of the urn was not sacrificed in the smaller size. I need to make changes to my order. The customer service was quick and easy. The person I emailed was friendly. Good customer service should be expected, but it seems like it is rare.”

“The Urn was as nice as the picture online. My son had picked it out since he just lost his baby a month before Brayden was due. It's not something you want to buy for your baby.”

“I loved the customer service aspect of this company. I was a bit disappointed that a piece of my urn was broken when it arrived. They wanted me to repack and send it back. I was uncomfortable doing this as it seemed senseless. If it broke once the chances of it breaking again seemed probable. I know their description says the cab is plastic- just expected a higher quality- especially for the overall cost! I was a little disappointed with the size difference of the tractor versus the trailer. I did love the personalization and it suits my husband's memory perfectly. I fixed the broken piece- I pray it stays.”

“I want to say that my experience is beyond exceptional. When I lost my mother I struggled finding something beautiful that could represent what she mean to us. My urn came in less hay 48 hours! (I live in California, I don’t know how long would take for other states). I thought the engraving was going to be small, but is actually a very nice size. The details are beautiful! One thing I need to say, and is that if you feel uncomfortable with a lid moving, reconsider the option. I guess we can glue the lid, but it doesn’t have anything to keep it sealed. Personally, I don’t mind, but in my culture, people is not comfortable seeing human remains. I am very pleased with my purchase and gives a tender look to my altar.”

“I am on a very limited income. I searched for a "special" urn for my son who died at age 23. My son was cremated and I had possession of his cremains. I cried a lot then I made a plan to save my money to "finally" put him in an appropriate final resting place. The Light Urns had a special page for slightly damaged urns...I had several choices plus I had enough money (after the discounted price) to have engraved appropriate solemn words and his birth date - date of death. The urn is beautiful! I am satisfied with the Light Urns caring and prompt delivery (2 days FedEx) after purchase.”
