“Very nice product. Mother in law loved it. Note.... don't put crazy glue on till you've screwed all the way on,then back out a little and apply. Tighten back down quickly to desired position.”

“I feel the necklace itself should be a little longer or I should have been able to select a longer chain. The actual piece that holds the ashes should be a bit deeper. But all in all I love the quality. Thanks so much!”

“My great grandmother died last month at 105. She loved the beach. We looked at many, many urns and you had the perfect one! The minute I saw it, I knew she'd love it! It's a memory urn and is small, just like her. At 105 she was still sharp all the time. I will miss her. The urn is perfect, was well wrapped, and arrived in a few days. I know she would have chosen it herself.”

“The urn itself is very beautiful and nice quality wood. The 3D crystal is thick and very heavy not cheap looking at all. Communication and delivery was excellent and fast. Only thing I didn’t like was the crystal slides very easier and because I have a nosey cat I had to put 2 drops of hot glue on the bottom of the crystal to keep in place. Worked perfectly and you can’t even tell it’s glued.”

“Customer service was excellent: very responsive & helpful. I ordered a nameplate easel in mahogany which looked nice online. It's fine...I'm glad I have it for my late sibling's urn which had never been engraved decades ago. However, I think it's just a mahogany stain and not actually mahogany wood. Also, customer service had told me over the phone, when I initially called, that the nameplate was actually plastic with a metal finish, and not actually metal. So, I'm a little disappointed in the quality. Online description is misleading. But, in the end, still glad I ordered this.”
