“Your web page is confusing. I had no intention of re-ordering the Heartgard and was surprised to see you had sent more. You're difficult to reach. I still don't know if you've canceled the subscription next time. Couldn't you just answer that questin rather than sending a time-consuming survey?”
“No information about shipping timeline upon order or confirmation email. Had to call to ask. Once gave me answer it was too late for the need. No help to refund or make it right for the poor customer experience.”
“Rx food was back-ordered and I did not receive any notification the order would be delayed, and then it was sent via the slowest shipping method. Took almost 2 weeks to receive my order total, which was frustrating but especially compared to other online pharmacies who typically deliver within 48 hours.”
“My order took over three weeks to arrive. Out of the two items that I ordered I had to call customer service to get them to get verified over a week after I placed the order. Once the order is finally delivered, only half of the order had arrived. When checking the order details, the prescription cat food has not been verified by my veterinarian yet, although I called my vet and customer service two weeks prior to get them verified. Overall this was a very frustrating process and I ended up having to cancel the prescription food and buy it elsewhere in order for my cat to not go without it for two more weeks while it shipped.”
“I placed my order & you charged my card, said 5 days till delivery. After 5 days, no delivery & my charge card was credited. No email, no explanation, so I ordered elsewhere cause I needed. Then two days ago you guys shipped & charged my card again. Nex guard Plus goes by weight & I have a growing puppy. You need to communicate w your customers, not just credit back w no explanation & then ship when you feel like it.”
“I was emailed that I needed to send in a hard copy of my prescription. I decided to get the medication that my vet offered. Since I didn’t send in a hard copy, I didn’t think I needed to cancel. Them I got a notice that my medicine was delivered. When I called I was told that they got an email confirmation- I was not informed of this and then I was told I couldn’t return the medication. I won’t be doing business with Koala again.”
“Disappointed ~I was given the wrong medication for my puppy. The medication given was for a dog 6 months and older and my puppy is only 3 months old. Vet receptionist says this problem happed also with another customerr.”
