Although the personalized touches Koala Health provided were unique, they weren't sufficient to overcome the relatively slow shipping time (two weeks for an over-the-counter drug) and unremarkable regular price. I'm not likely to place another order.”
“There are many things that I really like - unfortunately my biggest complaint is that I nearly always run out of my pet's medication before the next shipment arrives. It seems to take several days (at least 5 - usually 7 or 8) from the time the order starts processing, until it is shipped. And then it usually takes at least another 7-8 days to deliver. The other services I use take no longer than 7 days total.”
“My hubby put the SMALL box in the refrigerator thinking it contained the antibiotics.. only to discover it was in a bag lying under the paper in the box we tossed outside in 90° heat.. luckily I realized it in time..a warning label on the box would be best.. who puts an empty box filled with nothing but shredded hay ? Also the communication attempts between Koala and my Vet took days.. I had to intervene myself and facilitate the order.. what a bit of a hassle !”
“My only issue was that I ask that my shipment to be delivered to the United States Postal Service only because UPS is planning a potential strike however they still shipped it UPS if they did Indeed go on strike my package would’ve been delayed significantly and my dog would not have a medication we did end up receiving it but I was still upset that they did not follow my simple request besides that everything went OK and will use them again”
“The heart medication was slow getting to me because they were out of their supply. The cost of this expensive medication was the best I could find and once the pharmacy was restocked it was mailed to me, and 6 days later I received it. I will reorder two weeks in advance to give it plenty of time to reach me.”

“Although the medicine we ordered did eventually arrive, it came much later than expected and even with an "urgent" attached to the order it took 10 days to get to us. The medicine was appropriate for what we needed and hopefully it will be mailed ahead of when we need it in the future so we won't run out before getting the medicine.”
