“Took over a week for them to ship my dogs medication after the vet had approved the prescription & they shipped it because I called & complained. My dogs health & life was at risk because they failed to ship medication on time. I would not advised anyone to use this company”

“I have been emailing about my prescription. I was told it was shipped. Yesterday 9/12 I received an email that it was shipped, and another email that it was delivered, TO A DIFFERENT STATE! This is upsetting, and now on a Friday, the business is closed and I have heard nothing about resolving this issue. My pet has an appt on 9/18 for her monthly injection, and I fear we will not receive it in time. I’ll Be calling to discuss with a manager Monday.
I’ve reviewed no emails and no phone calls on the issue. I really liked Koala until now. My last refill there was an issue, and now this one. I’ve already shared the issue on social media.”
“Decided to try Koala out since there was a good discount for first time customers advertised on the website. Placed my order on Aug 26th. My vet was contacted the next day on the 27th for the prescription which she sent back to Koala the same day. Then the long and in my opinion, unacceptable wait occured. No communication occurred until that Friday Aug 30 where I was emailed to say that my delivery cadence was updated for future auto refill orders. You would hope that a shipment would be sent out that day or by the latest on the following Monday, but I do not get a tracking number until Thursday Sept 5. This was mailed out via USPS and did not arrive until Sept 9, a full 2 weeks since placing the order. I understand that delays can occur with receiving a prescription, but my vet was very quick with that process. I've used their compounding partner Mixlab many times and always have expedient and excellent customer service. I cannot say the same about Koala. To top this off, I sent an email to cancel my auto refill subscription and have not received a response after 24 hours.”
“I place my order online. With limited opción that no not match 100%w/prescription. I call make the changes, and I had to wait for confirmation from the vet. A week later I got an email saying that there were a discrepancy w/qty in prescription, they want my authorization to make the changes, I reply that yes, please do it. Several days after I got a phone call asking the same, I was pretty upset, my dogs need their meds, antibiotics are crucial. This is irresponsible and cruel. Never again I will order from here.”
“Placed an order on 8/26, did not receive any communication until I reached out over the weekend on 8/31. Customer service did not respond to me until Monday and stated they didn’t have the item in stock but will receive it soon. I requested to be refunded cause this was ridiculously long and my pet’s condition got worse. They didn’t reply but rather shipped the items a few hour later. Koala is advertised as the prescriptions arriving in 3-5 days. There was horrible communication and customer service, will not recommend.”
