Last week I discovered that despite having some credit my sim wasn't working anymore. I lost my number that I was using for jobs searchese. I called lot of times their cs noone responded to my calls. I also sent emails no responses yet.. I do think that they are the worst cs in mobile phoning business. I do not recommend them.

After several complaints it was proven that their customer service and overall network issues are worst. They didn't even bother to read my complaint email in which I clearly told that within an hour of subscribing to the service i realised it is not working and their team ask me to try again and again every day and kept on assuring us that the network issue will be fixed. Also, if they cant guarantee good service at home so should I sit on the bench around 200 feet from my home in severe cold weather just to use the crapt Lyca service. This is again height of caring less and cheating customers.

They change the prices all the time and require subscribing to new tariff as previous expire. They don't pick up the phone so it's impossible to get through to cx service as the bundle was chargable but minutes were not applied. Also they have poor signal. Calls drop often so won't recommend to anyone.

I was on lyca for two weeks the data was so slow it did not work it is a total con it is not unlimited it is unusable ..I rang customer carexperience number over 3 days and was on hold for at least I hour each time .after final getting an answer I asked for a pack code as I had had enough ...I have now lost my number as they never sent it ....This company is a must to avoid ...don't waist you time and money on them ....Lewis Marsh

I topped up for 10£. Activated 75 uk bundle and stayed with 2.5£ balance. I topped up again for 10 recived extra 5£ with but spent over 20ppm calling italy. What a shitty operator. They wrote that the itally calls are counted 9ppm but for 35 minutes calls to mobile line i paid 7.5£. Tottaly: 2 x 10£ topup + 5£ free -7.5£ bundle -7.5£ 30 mins call to itally 10£ ballance left It gives 10£ per 30 minutes for itally calls (30ppm). Is it cheap? Do not think so. I think thwy cheats on customers as me.

Thieves! They charged me 20£ for internet date although I have activated the bundles. The only thing I could hear from customer service was 'we are sorry' Do not recommend to anyone.

this morning i talk to the helpline and customer services officer Raj talking to me nice innocent guy helped like friends and providing nice service to every customer with polite words because that nice service i like lyca and wil obviously recomend to my friends coz of providing customer satisfaction by lyca +447417591428 atted by Raj exactly 15 minutes before this comment

although I have to admit that Lyca is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to make calls abroad it has to be said that if you have a problem DONT expect customer services to be of any help. 3 calls terminated from there end but they say they cannot do this, a policy of not putting you on hold for more than a few minutes but they don't seem to worry about leaving you there for 15 minutes and more, a lack of commitment to there customers in the way that they promise to call back within a specified period and don't bother to contact you. Cheap calls yes..... customer service drags this company down to a very poor rating it took 15 calls to not resolve a problem and 5 days after submitting a complaint by email and a 48hr response time they cannot be bothered to respond. consumer beware
