“False advertising and awful customer service. I have been trying to resolve two issues for two month now where I have been over charged and also charged without permission. The response time is slow and I keep getting different excuses for what’s happened but no solution or refund of the money owed. I have changed network and would avoid this company.”

“Worst networks I've ever been on! Overpriced 3g connection in Portugal, cuts out constantly, really really bad. Also they advertise bundles e.g. 5gb for €15 then they only give you 4gb, you read in the small print and they say the advertised amount of GB is a one-time deal.. really are crooks”
“Please please please don't use them the lure you in the cheap rates and a huge data bundles. You then top up and you browse the Internet to a few minutes and the whole £10 is gone. They say because you used the Internet your 1000 minutes is gone. Their excuse is you didn't chose the bundle yet their is no mention of this. Complete rip off.”

I don’t have any number so I have to get contact phone with 3 . But as it is my business number I have been calling them to help but nothing has been done up to now. “I was with this company for a long time. Mostly I used their service to have a phone for work. I recently decided to leave them. The customer service person screamed at me for no reason when I told her I could not understand what she was saying. I will never go back to this company nor will I ever recommend. Even if they are cheap, the service sucks and they are rude.”
“Cannot receive phone calls from several of my contacts. Cannot send texts to 5 numbered services such as PAC code request. Contacted Lycamobile 8btimes times, still not resolved. Last time I spoke to them I asked for a PAC code because I wanted to leave the network due to it being useless. The service person refused to give me it so now I can't leave and transfer my number as my text service is also unable to obtain a PAC code. Stay well clear of this dodgy network. I cannot believe the good reviews of this company, they must be fake.”

“Lyca mobile network is really poor as their customer service. I made several attempts to get my account number and it made me very angry to know that they hide the account info from their customer. I wanted to switch to different provider as Lyca connectivity is really bad, all my friends make complaint about not reaching me. Anyways I stopped my auto payment and ask for my account number they said you need to recharge your account again min of $10 to receive account number. ‘EVA’ one of representatives was not listening keep on talking from her side..Who will pay for bad network again.? They don’t solve the queries they just ask ‘is there anything else I can help’ ?Never never recommend Lyca to anyone ..... they don’t care about the long term members just care about the money . I am going to discontinue my other service from Lyca.”
“This has got to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Tons of fake reviews. My internet would be cut to less than 1/2 Mbps at least every 10 days and virtually impossible to connect a call, then I had to make a very painful phone call to get it sorted sometime 3 times before they did anything. So hard to understand all the foreign phone reps the last one sounded like they were eating crisps while trying to talk and reading from a script. They repeat everything you say until you get annoyed. Very very diabolical company then when i said i would claim my money back for the month through my credit card they threatened to cut me off. Not much of a threat when I pretty much had been cut 5 times in 6 weeks.”
