1. Their vouchers and online methods of recharging haven't been working. 2. Avg. wait for customer service is 30-40min 3. Very rude once they do answer, and then call drops for no reason (hardly what you expect from you mobile PROVIDER!!) 4. Difficult to switch providers after your told to wait for 48 hours for a problem to resolve, that doesn't Useless buggers

Terrible customer service. I have been trying for days to resolve a 'portin' problem and Lycamobile give the impression they really could not care less. One customer service agent even said (not in a nice way) that I can always change provider if I don't like their service! Emailing them seems to be a complete waste of time as they rarely acknowledge them, while you can watch wet paint dry while waiting for customer service to respond to phone calls! They might be cheap, but just pray that nothing goes wrong and you need help from the so called 'customer service'.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever used in my life. I am not just referring to mobile phone companies, I mean ANY company EVER, in ANY country I have lived. Money disappears mysteriously, service works intermittently before not working at all. I tried calling customer service multiple times. At first you are on hold for 15-20 mins, when they pick up and you tell them your problem, they stop talking, as if they haven't heard you. If you start shouting at them they respond and say they are looking into the problem. Then follows another period of COMPLETE silence before they hang up on you. This has literally happened every single time I have called, not a one off time occurence.

Ages to get my £10 credit added and a phone number. Nightmare time of frustration. THEN - no data! I paid for a data/phone/txt package and despite emailing lyca (from a friends computer) I have no reply, NOT even an acknowledgement. I feel totally ripped off and would like my £12 back so I can buy something decent. PLUS: coverage is very poor for the phone/text side of things.I am at my wits end as to what to do.... :-(

The worst possible service provider. The customer service numbers are never answered, if they are, it is only to hang up on you. Money/minutes/data just vanishes for no reason or usage. I will soon move to a different service provide via number portability.

lousy customer services vanishing minutes and data cutting off conversations while contacting them data/minutes allowance don't work abroad as stated rip off AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

this the worst mobile with worst customer service ever, my phone was blocked from calling out and i have lost business for two weeks i keep sending emails they answer but when i call they keep cutting off my phone. i need my pack code please

Edit review Verified Purchase Pending Approval worst customer service. 1 out of 5, reviewed on Apr 25, 2017 I tried to order a sim with bundle online but that moment showed me , site is under maintenance , then tried to order on phone , she said they cant do on phone but she did not tell me my order is placed as she asked me all information, then I tried again online and it got successful, so accidentally I order sim twice and paid twice too. then I called them please do not ship me two sim just cancel one order they said they cant refund or cancel , two sim are really useless even if it not been shipped why cant they cancel?

Customer service is terrible, probably THE worst I have come across. Saying this, I would not even be able to judge since they don't even bother picking up. I called several times wanting to switch numbers from old sim card to a new micro sim. Waiting time is ridiculous; spent well over 15mins waiting before hanging up. Continuously tried for a couple days and even tried emailing them and I still got no response. Only after emailing their separate complaint email address I got a response well after two weeks by then I had already decided to use the new number instead. Don't even bother to try call their customer service.

I bought a Lyca sim from a local shop. Tried to register by calling Lyca, after automated response I requested to speak to an adviser. I was kept waiting for about 13 minutes - this is appalling service. In the end I decided to end the call. A few mins wait is acceptable but 13 mins wait is absolutely awful. You need to improve your customer services.

Didn't check reviews before I bought a plan at heathrow. Big mistake It looked legit as it had a fancy booth at the airport. I tried to use the google maps app on my phone to navigate to the West Country but it kept cutting out at crucial moments so I got very lost! Would not go with this company again

Lyca phone app has an auto top up tick box, un-ticked and still lyca take money monthly. The account with £33 top up is then stolen by lyca to be told sorry, well sorry being the only word understood by a very poor english speaking customer services. That is after waiting over 30 minutes to have the phone put down on you. very very poor service almost criminal...AVOID

Sorry to say lycamobile is one of the worst mobile in UK, Even their customer service Recently I bought £5 credit without using now my balance is £1.88

This might be the worst company I've ever used. I bought a cheap sim card with internet for the week I was gonna spend as a tourist in London. I have to struggle to connect to the internet and in some places it connects and lasts only a couple of minutes and it's extremely slow. Too bad signal and 4g doesn't even appear. I guess you get what you pay for.

There need to be laws against this type of companies. They are stealing your money and no one seem to be able to do anything. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PURCHASE THE PACKS. Total rip off, the waiting time to get through to customer service is ridiculous, every time I cal have to wait 30- 1 hour to get through which costs a a heavy bill.
