The worst customer service. I got a new provider and wanna transfer my number but they literally don't have customer service representatives. It says they can take a week to get back to me via email. Their phone is only automated answering machine, no employees at all. They app is the worst is the world. It can take 15 minutes to just open up and when i try to login they say they sent a code to my phone which i have to enter in order to login but i never got the messages even though i requested a new one like 20 times.

This company is simply the biggest disgrace I ever faced! Using it for few years now, only at the very beginning service was good. The whole 2022 experienced never ending problems with data transfer and reception. Literally it is something that do not exsist!!! From initiall 15GBP per month now at 35GBP per month and nothing works! Contacted them December 2022, spoke to someone I could barely understand sitting on the other side of the globe. Explained my problems, that I am a medical background person and I need good data transfer to contact my patients, do my bits and use it for learning. The person promised me that it will not happen again. Unfortunatelly nothing has changed! To make it ever more unproffesional person from their helpdesk took all my adress details. I thought it was needed. Within few days recieved cold calls from something called Lyca Money. Checked the number online 0207 536 6450 - pretty bad reviews, people asking more private questions and only calling for 1-2 seconds hoping for us customers to return the call and get charged for it! Last couple of days their service DO NOT EXSIST!!! Simply put I paid 35 GBP to have dead phone. Thankfully to that I missed my cardiac lecturing webinar from Milan and had to go to nearest free wifi point (in -2 deg Celsius!) to return mails to my proffesional colleagues. Disgrace!!! Atm waiting for my Voxi new sim card I ordered today and switching to them. Good service, helpdesk people located in UK and speaking normal English that can be actually understood and much, much cheaper prices for data transfer!!! Never ever Lyca again!!! NEVER!!! People avoid this scammers, they do not deliver anything they promise and charge you for!!!

I work overseas but need a UK number for contact with banks etc. I travelled to UK for three weeks and just prior to travelling \i topped up my account and purchased a monthly plan. I DID NOT SELECT THE AUTO RENEWAL OPTION. I now find out that LYCA have charged me for December and January and their agent explained that auto renewal is on ALL BUNDLES AND IS CLEARLY STATED. This is not true. They offer an auto renewal option. I did not select this as I was only going to be in UK for three weeks. The agent told me that if I wanted to cancel the auto renewal I could do it by dialling *190#. These people steal whatever money they can from your accounts. My wife's phone would not connect when she moved to Ghana and despite several complaints about it not working LYCA did nothing and after a period of time closed the account and took all the credit. THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO HER TWICE! NEVER AGAIN. When I return to UK I will deal with another provider, this organisation is little better than highway robbery.

Ordered a sim and plan but plan did not exist when i activated sim Still not sure how plans work To be honest I have had so many problems I cannot not be bothered to waste time describing them and once I can find a safe way out i plan to get out. Getting a PAC number should be fun. Finally I was surprised that i found this company on Martin Lewis website

If I can give zero stars, I will definitely do it. I went for the cheap option, ignoring all the bad reviews, and I regret it. Their deal is they will deliver the SIM cards in 1-2 working days. So I ordered 2 SIM cards on the 19th of October and received ONE SIM CARD ONLY on the 22nd of October. I called them on the 29th of October and sent them an email, it was such an unnecessarily long process and they said they will send another SIM card that was missed in 1-2 working days…. and no it didn’t arrive until today 3rd January when my family from oversea don’t need it anymore. Lyca Mobile service unable you to share your hotspot btw, it was a hassle and they didn’t tell you that before you purchase it. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it yet so I highly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Lyca mobile service is extremely poor. It overcharged me and when I asked for adjustment, nothing happened even after several calls at Customer Service Desk. Moreover, they suddenly suspended my Incoming and Outgoing calls without any message / call despite my active auto-renewal. Customer service is very very poor. Highly disappointed with Lyca Mobile's service.

Lyca mobile has the worst customer service ever. I have tried multiple ways, the phone call never gets connected, the agent on chat never gave you time to type, whenever you typed a bit longer text, they lose patience and exit the chat quickly. when sending email to ask for solution, they either gave unrelated answer or answer with my questions. also, their verification process is horrible, anything mismatch, they won't talk to you anymore, they don't have any other options for verification, it is always asking the same questions, so if you forgot something, you are stuck forever and no other way to get verified.

Very very poor - no loyalty and consideration. Hard to find a word describing their attitude. I was a Lyca mobile customer since June 2016. Recently they blocked my number for more than a week due to a confusion with transaction dispute which I fixed promptly. No warning or follow up - just blocked my number when my family was going through an hospital case. Folks never ever deal with Lyca mobile, there are many other service providers who at least treat you with minimum respect.

Awful customer service. Short version of the story - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I ordered a SIM at £1.95 a month with unlimited minutes and texts and 4GB data for 3 months (£4.75 thereafter). For some reason they billed me £2.95 despite their invoice clearly showing the workings as being £1.95. The documentation stated I was on bundle MSM1. I then later got an email stating the bundle was MSM2. The mobile app showed 10GB of data. I queried all of the above over the phone to no avail. They argued that I made the mistake, not them, they were rude and unhelpful. I explained I had evidence I had chosen correctly as I had screenshots of each stage which I would happily send them if required. They requested this, so I sent a detailed email with screenshots and their invoice explaining how what I had chosen had not been applied. I was certain this would explain it and get the situation resolved. How silly was I? Instead I got an email back stating that I had chosen the wrong bundle when ordering the SIM card. If they had even read the email they would know and have evidence that this was not the case. Save yourself the hassle. I went for a cheap deal and found out the hard way. You get what you pay for. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was on holiday in USA, I came back to the UK my sim was not working at all. No network. I could not even call Lyca customer service. I asked a friend to help me get in touch with them. I did and they cold not help at all. They told me I had to order another sim card. I did. After I received my sim card I had to wait for my number to be transferred from the old sim to the new sim. 24 hours waited and it turns out the first lady did not actually put the request in place, I called back the next day, the customer service told me that the previous colleague made a mistake and they assured me everything would be active in 2 hours. Another 24 hours wait. Finally I get my number back. It's time to activate my bundle. They told me to top up in order for them to activate the plan. They assured me the bundle would be active in 4 hours so I turned my data on and spent 75p not knowing it was costing me because the bundle wasn't active. I called them back 6 times trying to resolve the issue, they kept hanging up on me and refused to activate the bundle. Out of despair, I called again to ask for PAC number and a refund on the amount on my sim card. They told me 5 days you will receive a refund. Today has been 5 days from the request, no refund yet. I called again today and they told me that I will receive a refund next week. But I won't be able to transfer my number to another network provider before I receive the refund. I have been without my phone since the 5th of December, unable to make calls or send messages. I will have to be like this for another week. I am so disappointed! I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

Luca Mobile really sucks ,I purchased a few times their data bundles and I overpaid as the quality is not good and never received promised extra 5g data .All should be clear ,instead it is like Indian economy . Resign if you can !!!

Worst company in the world! I've waste £28 in the past couple week.first i purchased a sim card, which after 2 weeks hadn't arrived so i bought a data bolt on. WhatsApp wouldn't work so i thought it wasn't enough data so i bought a new £20 plan. And it still didn't work. I mustve called about 50 times and sent 3 emails with no response. It took an entire week to figure out which combination of numbers would get me through to a human rather than a bot on the phone line.but then the humans are just as robotic. Repeatedly saying 'we are sorry about the inconvenience' but absolutely refusing a refund because part of my data has been used. It could drive a person to suicide.

Everything was good for years until I started using their international services, which were working at first but then just stopped. I kept this SIM card to receive security codes from banks etc., everything was working until I decided to pay for a year upfront, then I stopped receiving any sms and support said that you apparently can’t receive codes in sms. What?? After countless tries to figure out how to fix my problem, they’d just hang up on me, leave the chat and ignore my emails. I’m not the kind of person to write negative reviews but my experience with them is horrible. On top of everything, my phone got locked with their SIM card and here I am abroad have to carry two phones to use mine and put a local SIM card on the second. Just unbelievable. And I can’t even get a refund because they ignore me. Hopefully they’ll see this and try to contact me to fix my problem. Other than that, they were great, but once you have problems forget about getting any help.

Hell with customer service I am using Lyca mobile service in USA. I can say one thing here you are good until you get into any issue I mean literally any issue. you got any issue the next moment you are gone just forget lyca and port out to another mobile service .. Lyca Customer service has only email no live agent on phone its just one sided communication.. don't even think about email support 2 days to 10 days is minimum response for each email .. some times you wait for ever to get response.. some times and they ask literally the same thing again and again.. I was following up for a small issue of auto renew which took more than 1 month and now I am ended up porting out . *** If you ever wish choosing LycaMobile then please make a note that there is no customer support to listen and resolve your issue not on call and not on email***

Message of personal interest to all customers from which you use Unfortunately the company Lycamobile. from 22 September 2022 to the date of 17 November 2022 I ended up being blackmailed and charged financially abusively by the company Lycamobile the amount of £180 in which my normal extra option in fact and in Law is £30 they are the biggest thieves and scammers on top of that, they also blocked my abusive phone number. please totally avoid this company Lycamobile uk so you don't have those unpleasant surprises you get blackmailed again with money taken and number blocked abusively avoid Lycamobile totally avoid them as much as you can run away from them the biggest quacks robbers the biggest jackals animals if you want to be financially secure run away from them like hell!
