Absolutely abysmal service who drains your balance without telling you. In Britain, i bought vouchers for 25 pounds and only received 24.90 which had not been enough to purchase the bundle i wanted to. I had to spend another 10 pounds inorder to purchase the bundle that was only suposed to be 25. Very bad. I might sue.

worst customer support and lyca services i switch from three to lyca mobile and it takes 7 days and my old number doesn't work. very poor custormer service everytime they told that today your number will work but never. please before choose lyca think twice,

I bought £20 Lycra mobile SIM card.having trouble with logging my credit, I called the customer service. And I was charge £.0.9p for calling for help which was Deducted from my £20 voucher. So that left me with a minus ( twice ) that I called without anyResolved from the team. This is absolutely a ripe off. Ripe off company, never again will I buy from this company. How can you charge for calling customer service?

Picked up the SIM because I was traveling around Europe, starting in London. BIG MISTAKE. ...Just....too pissed off right now to even go into how difficult it is to manage this service while traveling. Just don't do it.

Roaming service is a trick. ..I paid £35 and I have no network. ..I can not give any one call. ..I rang them and that lady even didn't ask me the phone number to check what's wrong. ..she told me to go on website and set the service. ..There is any option to set the roaming service

The Website was down this afternoon and I ended up buying wrong bundle. I called them and try to explained what happened but the customer service agent was absolutely rude, no manners at all, he was talking over me and when I requested to talk to superior, he hanged up the phone. I was disgust with the service. Will never use them again and I highly advised to everyone not to use them. Horrible experience.

I purchased a sim in Denmark n was told it l could send n receive text messages from all around the world. Alas NO. I've been in touch with customer service Was told the problem would be escalated but a week later no response.

If zero rating was possible...I would have given Lyca that. Very rude customer service. We have had a Lyca SIM for 6 years and used on and off for international calls mainly. Even bought air tickets through their Lycafly. Also used their money transfer service, and even considered transferring to Lyca full time for UK mobile service....How did they reward that loyalty?Took money but reallocated number without warning, though they claim they did. No refund, no apology, no nothing...won't even let you speak to a manager. Dreadful service and will not be going back there for anything in future..

Third world. Take money on deactivated non lyca sims - dont refund - no warnings - no mesages and make you queue for ages. A truly third world company. Good luck

topped up with £5.00 only to find out the sim has been reallocated to someone else. No message - no warning - no refund. Customer service third world, be prepared for long queues and jobs worth responses. Good luck.

Will give then -5 if possible... Worst customer service ...Have to wait for 25 - 30 mins when called ...and it is same waiting time when called any time of the day. Topped up to wrong number and have to wait 1 week and numerous calls to find out that will not get the refund. Could have told me when i called them first. Every time called they keep saying will take 24 hrs to get my money back and asked me to email them with the request. Now after a week they replied back saying they cannot refund. Waster time, energy and money for their incompetence. Will not recommend them to any one. please avoid them."

Worst service provider. Do not go with them. I paid for a bundle and they did not provide me with any of the services that come in the bundle. When I asked for a refund, they did not give me. They are thieves.

I traveled to France / Belgium the 9th September driving returning to the UK the 14th September.After I arrived in France I could not connect to the network (error message : Not Registered on Network). My phone is a SAMSUNG DUOS. I then spent a significant amount of time trying on my phone to register on the network via >Settings>Wireless and Networks> Mobile Networks>Network Operators . As well as trying every alternative option in > Network Mode. I then went to a mobile shop for advice , they spent 20 mins trying to resolve the issue without success. The next step was to contact Lyca France by email on 12th September . They acknowledge receipt of my request but never contacted me again. On my return to the UK I called Lyca UK help when the phone was evenualy answered (15mins) your operator was brusque , pretty unhelpful and after two attempts to walk through a solution without success. At this point she said she would log the issue to be followed up , I presume by your second level support . More than two days have passed with no news so I rang again . When I eventually got through (12 mins) to your agent he told me that the issue had been logged as a difficulty in navigating through the Mobile Network menu. It seems that no further action was taken , I was left hanging with no phone. This is appalling customer service and completely unacceptable. I asked your agent to provide me with the PACID so that I can move to a more reliable provider . I was then told that this would take 24hrs, with no possibility of doing it faster., I requested that the ID was sent to me by email as I could not receive text messages only to be told that this was not possible and that I would need to call back tomorrow. In addition I would forfeit the balance remaining on the SIM, when I challenged this and asked to speak to a manager I was to by the agent to refer to the T&C's. This issue has taken up hours of my time , it severely disrupted my time in France and Belgium. Not only has this situation been highly frustrating and stressful, there has been a complete lack of customer service or support from Lyca. BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE I DO NOT RECOMMEND LYCA Phil J C

Very poor customer service and it's been 2 days after I requested for PAC code and no response yet. You are charged for dialling customer service and no one picks up your call for 20-30 minutes and no help from their side. very frustrating!!!

Lycamobile is the worst EVER!!!!!! I CANT EVEN TOP UP ONLINE!!!!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER PICKS YOUR CALL!!! CRAPPY NETWORK, STUPID PEOPLE. NO ONE SHOULD SPEND MONEY ON A LYCAMOBILE PRODUCT. I wish it were possible to give a 0 star rating!!! I actually hate them than i hate the devil!!!!

Stay away. Just waste of time and money. THE WORST ONE ! And I have tried every other provider. Bought the sim card. The online registration and top up didn't work. Called and frstly got surprised with the oparator's stupidity by asking me the same questions twice. What a muppet. Later tried again and managed to top up and choose a bundle. Working abroad during the week tried this Lyca RubishMobile. It mostly not working abroad. Took ages to register in a network. You cannot send text messages. And the most important you cannot call customer service. It was telling me to top up when I have 500 minutes bundle. How idiotic they can be?!!! But they do that on my money and maybe your money. So be wise and spend somewhere else

Blocks tethering! Yes it's in their terms, No it is not made as obvious as it should be when selling 6Gig of data! UK 15 bundle, I lost baggage on BA and was unable to call their 08 number to track it due to "insufficient credit" (this bundle costs £30(!) by the way). 30 minutes on hold and the rep tells me only standard UK numbers are covered by the bundle so the only way for me to call is to top up some credit. Never touching lycamobile again and telling everyone else also. Pathetic money grab.
