The worst experience you could possibly have with a mobile company. - Zero 4G / 5G service on an iPhone 13 - Zero phone signal in most places - Couldn't use the phone as a hotspot - Cannot phone customer service to speak to an actual human - Live chat takes over half an hour to connect with someone. If you don't reply within 2 minutes they end the chat. If you continue asking them to resolve the numerous issues, they end the chat. - They suggest emailing Customer Service - they don't respond. - Their PAC process doesn't work - completely lost my old number and the process has been going on a week. - If you decide to go to a new provider, the old PAC code won't work. Does that cover it? There isn't a single thing this company has done right - I would avoid it like the plague.

System down for a week had to get a new sim from another provider but cannot get a pac code from them just keeps saying call back later 🤬

I have only joined around three weeks ago and can't get mobile wifi, or contact essential numbers including my partners. I also can't connect to the online portal as it say's it does not recognise my number. Four days ago I asked for my PAC number/code so I could move on. Everyday I have sat for nearly an hour trying to get through to someone just to be told they would escalate my "claim". It has angered me so much I have contacted Ofcom to complain. They tell me I should have had a code within a minute not four days and have contacted Lyca. When i text PAC to the number they provide, it comes back saying the request has failed and to contact customer services. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE.!!

My experience with Lyca was terrible. The customer service representatives were incredibly impolite and unhelpful; they couldn't assist me in obtaining the PAC code I needed, forcing me to use a new number. Additionally, the system management was abysmal. I had successfully registered and logged in before, but suddenly I couldn't log in anymore. The customer service team's solution was for me to register again, which was frustrating. After this experience, I have decided not to use Lyca services anymore.

Dreadful Customer Service, I’ve been calling and emailing and after 3 days still can’t get a PAC code from them. I’ve spent about 5 hrs calling customer services and am no closer to getting help

you can't even leave with a pac code. you end up having to have a new number with some other network.

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I'm on a bundle where they should have taken the money but failed to do so due to technical difficulties on their side and they cant reinstate the DD. I'm unable to make any outgoing calls or send texts. Have to hold for at least an hour every time I call them before speaking to someone. And lo and behold they just disconnect your call during the middle of it. Happened 3 times continuously. Their live chat doesn't work, keeps saying try another time. I totally wasted more than half of my day trying to reach to someone who doesn't disconnect the call. Online login to my account doesn't work, cant get CS to speak, cant make calls or send texts. Absolutely hopeless mobile company. Stay away. I would give it 0 stars if allowed.

Failed to Port in after supplying Lyca with a PAC number. Lyca requested I send another PAC one month later as original was out of date. Took two payments from my account despite not connecting me. Failed to refund payments and couldn't track payments in their system after two months. Avoid, at all cost, absolutely abismal business and the worse customer service I have ever experienced.

Worst experience ever had....I understood I bought a monthly sim only with 5gb data and unlimited calls and texts....after 3 months it went to £3-90....what a shambles of an outfit.....sim in for two days and no network connected....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available because they have such a POOR unreliable network problem.....it seems they have no capable being of sorting it out....this company should NOT be allowed to trade IMO..., it's tells me no credit after paid....no connection....number not supported......so many breakdowns in communication.....and this is a communications company ?????? come on......tell the truth !!! maybe the name should be changed to LYAR because all I see so far for the sim I paid for is a rip off...other providers GIVE A FREE SIM...these charge you for a sim they con you into buying telling it has a package with it....and it clearly doesnt though NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE ANY IDEA AT LYCA as you can't get in touch with them because it's a shambles of a company.......I WANT OUT BEFORE IT EVEN TRIES TO START,....as clearly they are incapable of operating in any decent up front way...........my advice is STAY AWAY.....I made a big mistake by paying them money.....regret ever hearing of LYCA...the worlds worst provider

Not impressed,a new customer for 1 month,and had no service or been able to top up all wkend. Email complaint sent in. And your now ditched. Gone with a more reliable network. Rubbish rubbish network. Avoid them just like covid.

Not able to receive calls after porting my old number to Lyca. 10 days later same problem and hundreds of broken promises from Lyca. Customer service is AWFUL

Inundated with Spam Calls.... I moved across to Lycamobile from Plusnet Mobile because Plusnet were closing down its Mobile Phone Business. I ported across my phone number. Within days I went from having no spam calls to having upto 10 automated Chinese speaking spam calls a day and it's getting worse. I am blocking numbers but new numbers appear everyday. I am having to move to another provider and get rid of my phone number that I have had for years. I believe Lycramoble have added my private number to some kind of directory or sold my number to a marketing company. I never had junk calls in years but within a few days of being with them I have been inundated and had to turn the sim off.

When my internet connection failed I contacted their customer service. they apologised and promised it would be fixed...it wasn't. I called again and they told me it would be escalated...it wasn't. I called again and this time I was given a complaint number and told I would be called within 24 hours...I wasn't. Lyca Mobile is a sham company staffed by congenital liars. My VERY STRONG advice to you reading this is DO NOT ENGAGE WITH LYCA EVER!!!

Doesn’t work out UK, like in Europe, not even emergency. No sim detected outside UK. The signal is horrible even inside the UK in Edinburgh.

Lyca is a biggest scam in the UK. Their customer service is non-existent, prices are way to high & refund policy-Lyca doesn’t believe in. I purchased Lyca Sim & 20GB data for £11 & followed all the instructions.  On the first day I made 4 local mobile calls & 3 text messages, the next day I was unable to make phone calls or send text messages. I was informed by the customer service, there is no credit left. In one day 20 GB data just vanished (no social media, no playing games or watching utubes). This proved to be the most expensive deal.  Made numerous calls & emails to voice my concerns over 10 days, resulting in inconsiderate responses each time. Lyca Mob Co is a big scam & day light robbery.
