“Absolutely brilliant - would definitely recommend! The food is great quality and tastes even better. The presentation/packaging is very impressive too, everything arrived on time and in full with no damage whatsoever. Great selection and variation of meals as well to keep even me - a fussy eater - happy. I highly recommend the gnocchi dishes! Very impressed with this company and looking forward to my next order!”

“I’ve been using my prep for years now it has totally simplified my life. I used to do my own meal prep on Sundays and it would suck up my whole day now it’s so easy I get my delivery and I have both lunch and dinner sorted for the whole week with multiple differing options that all hit my nutritional needs. Not only do I have more options it’s roughly the same price as meal prepping plus I get my sunday afternoon and evenings back! It makes eating healthy easy there’s no issues that lead to rubbish food choices and keeps me in a healthy routine. I can’t think of not using my prep and wish I’d started sooner!”

“From my first order around 7 years ago to now, the service from the team at My Prep is second to none. Then the food, a new menu every 4 weeks with around 12-14 different options is something you don’t get anywhere else. If you are looking for prepped meals, do not go anywhere else!!”

“I've been using my prep for years now. Love the meals. They started changing the menu every 4 weeks and that was a game charger for me. I am always buzzing to see what's next for my dinners haha ! Chickens always super juicy and love the meatballs too. You can really tell they care about flavour as the sauces are restaurant quality 👌 cut above the rest that's for sure!”

“I have been having my prep meals for about 6 months now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Having tried different so called “prep” companies - my prep are worlds apart. Customer service is second to none and the meals are delicious, changing their menu every 4 weeks really helps with that fear of getting bored with the same foods. I am now down 12kg from January this year and couldn’t have done it without the convenience of these meals and my personal trainer. I was wasting so much food when trying to do my own meals- my prep takes away all that stress and messing around weighing ingredients- I have never had a bad meal or fault. 100% recommend - thank you 🙂”
