A very bad service throughout, delivery much earlier in the morning than expected, only to have the wrong one delivered, Then my wife was told by the delivery guy, the item we bought was and quote two to a penny. My wife then had a phone call asking why she chose a particular washing machine that she bought, he came across as a bit arrogant we were told by the staff it was passion. After we complained to the people in the shop they were quite defensive and after explaining what a terrible experience we had we were offered no compensation and it seems like this is how they treat their customers we will give this review to others and hope Nailsea electrics can better themselves for the future

We sincerely apologise if our logistics team did not explain themselves clearly when discussing the quality of the brand you initially purchased. We have spoken with them and explained this. With regards to the phone call, we have explained that the reason behind us offering an alternative was because there was going to be a significant delay with your chosen appliance and we wanted to recommend an appliance where the quality was on par, if not better. We also wanted to recommend a brand that we get great customer feedback from customer services wise. Some manufacturers are better than others when it comes to customer care, and our team are extremely passionate about making sure our customers receive the best care. The conversation you had with our Sales Manager in-store ended well, and she was quite surprised to hear that you had left a negative review as she believed the issues had all been rectified. RE Iceking under counter freezer,ordered on the Monday delivered to Walsall west mids on Wednesday,received a curtesy phone call confirming delivery and approximate time, excellent delivery service,item was well packaged and in perfect condition,very polite and helpful driver and assistant,brought to my front door on 3rd floor of low rise flats,would recommend,many thanks.

Ne appliances did a very quick and effective replacement of a washing machine for me. I suggest to other customers to explicitly ask the installer to phone if they don't get an answer to the door. They don't necessarily think of that.

I paid to have it installed they just put plug in .I tried to find control panel had to phone as it was so tiny compared to book. Instructions .i tried to put Handel on had to get a neighbour to sort it as it was not explained .£20 for installation.£10 for taking wrapper off and £20 to takeaway..

Was left with stuff strewn all over the kitchen floor, dirty handprints all over the new appliance and a plastic carrier bag now stuck under the front of the machine that I cant get out.

+ I would particularly like to commend the two heroic, positive, uncomplaining delivery men who struggled to remove my giant Miele fridge freezer and then neatly replaced it with a smaller (and quieter) Liebherr. The Customer Service operative answered promptly (hooray!) and was knowledgeable, clear and efficient. - You are missing a trick with environmental concerns: 1. My Miele was too expensive to repair its sensor, yet in perfect condition. Why do you recycle instead of sending to reconditioning? 2. You would attract a growing type of customer if you made a point of offering a better choice of fridges that are between freezerless under-counter models and ones of huge, family-size capacity fridge freezers. We should not be cooling more cubic feet and using more electricity than necessary. 3. Customers need to search your descriptions to get a noise rating. The trend is to have combined kitchen/family rooms, so a fridge's noise level is important. This could be a good selling point. 4. Where do you stand on 'right to repair'? Which of your appliances are easily/cheaply repaired or do you care only about pushing as many appliances out into the world as possible? Offer a repair cost rating or reference to repairers or offer the service yourself. I'll let you know about the Liebherr in ten years' time.

I was extremely fortunate to have found NE Appliances on the internet, after a very stressful experience with SAMSUNG on-line sales. I had bought an American fridge freezer from SAMSUNG but they delivered the wrong model, with a water dispenser only and no ice facility on a non-plumbed-in version. It appears they no longer supply such a model (with both water and ice), at least in the £1200-£1500 price bracket. On arrival, their two delivery drivers at first refused to carry the fridge freezer to our first floor flat without a passenger lift and they had to be persuaded by a substantial cash donation. Only when the packaging was removed and after the drivers had departed did we discover the mistake. NE Appliances not only supplied a Bosch equivalent-sized fridge freezer with an ice dispenser, at only a slightly increased price, but they also undertook to carry the very heavy equipment up to our flat, albeit with a £100 surcharge. For no extra cost, however, NE Appliances offered to first remove the SAMSUNG model and place it in the ground floor entrance hall to our flats so it could eventually be collected by SAMSUNG’s road team. They even dressed the SAMSUNG model with packaging from the Bosch for protection. The delivery and installation team from NE Appliances, led by driver Adam, demonstrated a positive ‘can do’ attitude throughout the challenging delivery operation, even removing the door handles of the fridge freezer to negotiate our narrow staircase. My wife and I are delighted with the Bosch fridge freezer and after about 48 hours it had filled the ice bucket and the selected temperatures within were reached after about four hours (allowing for a 24 hour ‘rest period’ after delivery). We have extended the guarantee with Bosch to five years and look forward to the enjoyment from a most welcome addition to our domestic catering arrangements. John Coates
