“Can't praise this company enough no pushy sales people,very good customer service and excellent product using first-class materials.The delivery was spot on quoted time ,with aftercare being fully explained by the delivery men and even a free care kit supplied .Really enjoying my Battersea sofa and snuggle chair .Thanks”

“Worth visiting the shop, if for no other reason than to act upon their recommendation for coffee/lunch when asked. Bonbon, a caf & delicatessen across the road. Where we raised a glass in celebration of our mornings purchases, being a Hepburn Sofa & Armchair. Which when duly arrived, confirmed we'd made the correct decision. Once unpacked and installed in their correct positions, by two extremely helpful & friendly guys, who took us through the care package etc. that is duly supplied with such high end product. Fantastic quality, that we will be enjoying for years to come. Many thanks indeed.”

“Excellent sofa buying experience. They keep you updated every step of the way. We needed our sofa modualrised as it wouldn't fit up our staircase - it was worth the extra wait! What amazing quality, it really is a sofa to last a lifetime. Expert and friendly delivery guys too!”

“I found Old Boot Sofas online while searching for a decent sofa with a hardwood frame. I had visited a lot of the retailers and was less than impressed with most of the sofas with a few exceptions. I have also had bad experiences before from the usual furniture shops. After looking at online reviews of Old Boot Sofas and speaking to them direct over the phone I felt confident their sofas would offer the quality I was looking for with an attractive price. Old Boot Sofas explained the manufacturing process to me, sent samples of the leathers available, explained the materials they use, and even detailed the maintenance products they would send with the sofa (and that very little maintenance would be required). I was reassured by the 15 year frame guarantee, the no quibble return policy and the excellent information provided by their staff. My two Hepburn Sofas arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date at a time suitable to myself. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a step up in quality and service from the usual furniture retailers. In short - I am over the moon with them!!! Gary, Scotland.”

“Bought a large distressed leather chesterfield sofa bed. Got a call confirming all details, how the process will work and when the sofa will bed delivered. Everything went perfectly. The delivery and installation were carried out by two professional and friendly chaps whom demonstrated how the bed works, how to care for the sofa and gave a sofa care kit and assured me if there were any problems they would come and sort them Love the sofa and the service. Cant fault this operation.”

“Cant say enough good things about this company. Fantastic service, fantastic quality sofa,s. So good I bought a second one. Two rustic chocolate graduates, one button base, one with cushions. They are works of art. I couldn't find quality like this in retail. Everyone who has seen them have been like wow. Thanks to Andy and his great staff. Don't get service like this any more. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“We well received our Judges as planned 8 weeks after we placed our order. The delivery was perfectly planned and went outstandingly well. We experienced a great service from Old Boot Sofa from the very beginning (i.e. a discussion with Andy talking passionately about the different possible sofas) till the end, it's been wonderful from A to Z. And more importantly, the quality and comfort of our Judges are amazing. They are also really beautiful. We only can find good things to say !”

“Abit gutted as i its on sale now if i waited a 2 months it would have been hundreds of pounds cheaper but can not fault sofa its superb quality exactly as mentioned on the website. Great customer service but not quick and because it was made by order it took soo long but it was worth the wait.”

“Chesterfield sofa was made and delivered as described and quoted, absolutely beautiful and was above expectation purchasing blind without visiting showroom we was slightly apprehensive, I would highly recommend checking Old boot out before visiting the large high street company's as the quality of Old boots leather and craftsmanship is far more superior and the leather was as per sample swatch we received and above all its made in the UK, delivery was all arranged, date and time was flexible and a 30 minute call before arrival was received making the whole process painful free Thank you.”

“What a service! I have been spoilt by the entire team. I mean the ENTIRE team. They made me feel to fill every room in my house with Old Boot Sofas. It feels secure and content to be able to communicate with a UK base company. I can't thank more for their generous time and friendly approach. I ordered a gorgeous looking St George. It is huge (who needs a bed or a bedroom even), a Howard snuggler and an arm-chair. They are unbreakable, solid and cool looking sofas. What a quality! Sema :)”

“I have longed for a beautiful vintage leather sofa for years and finally I have my dream. I searched on the web for 'genuine leather vintage sofas' and up popped Old Boot amongst others. After looking through the various choices asked for samples from a couple of companies. Old Boot's was the first to arrive and in such a beautiful leather pouch I wanted to order immediately! My husband, who is far more cautious than I, persuaded me to wait for the other samples to arrive. They duly did and no comparison. The Hepburn style was exactly what I was looking for and I ordered on line. I then had a call from Andy who spent a long time explaining everything I needed or wanted to know about how my sofa and chairs would be made, delivery, aftercare - his passion for the product truly shone through and made my purchase even more exciting. My Hepburns duly arrived exactly when said and we absolutely love them. I have since been back in touch with Andy to see if Old Boot can make me a matching footstool and he asked me to let him know the dimensions in order to send me a quote. If you are thinking of purchasing a truly beautiful piece of furniture don't go anywhere else, I 100% recommend Old Boot.”

“We had looked at adverts for 'old boot' in home and garden magazines and always thought the sofas looked good. Originally rang and spoke to Karen who made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She understood that I was unsure about purchasing without seeing the products. I ordered samples which came the next day in a very smart pouch. After a couple of emails with Karen and Andy decided to order. Had decided on one but after speaking to Karen (again), I was feeling sorry for her by then, having to listen to me dithering, but her expert knowledge and advice changed our minds. I rang Andy to order on a Saturday afternoon and even though it was a busy day he took the time to explain the procedure of ordering and how we would be called and emailed with the progress of the order. We ordered a 3 seater Judge in rustic chocolate and Hector the chair in antique brown. They arrived yesterday exactly on time and the delivery guys rang about half an hour before arrival. They were very friendly, polite and very professional. All the packaging was removed and taken away. We could not be happier with them and 5 stars is not enough ! They are so well made and the leather is top quality. Testament to them is that my husband sent me a text saying that we should get another one ! He's right. Thank you Karen & Andy for your help and guidance in the purchase. Hopefully speaking to you soon no dithering this time !! Graham & Joyce :)”

“A truly superb shopping experience. Informative, considerate staff who know their products well. From my first enquiry, all the way through to delivery I was kept updated about the progress of my order. I originally purchased, but have to say it feels like an "adoption" as its such a personal experience, a Howard snuggler and chair. When they arrived I immediately telephoned an order through for an additional sofa and a bespoke footstool, as I was so pleased with my furniture. Delivery was prompt, efficient and again I was kept completely updated on time scales. I haven't anything but praise for a delightful experience and such well made, super looking furniture. Cannot recommend highly enough. Mrs Maureen O'Neill”
