“The team at Old Boot Sofas were met with incredible obstacles whilst creating my seat. Challenges were identified before construction began to provide an opportunity to commit or to go for another look. At all stages of construction, I was kept advised as to progress and reassured that things were progressing. When the seat was ready we were able to come to a mutually agreeable delivery date and the team did a great job of breaking the seat into the flat whilst maintaining Government guideline social distancing. To say I am thrilled with the beautiful chair would be an understatement. It has pride of place in the lounge and I would heartily recommend this business if you are looking for a heritage piece of furniture that has been immaculately constructed with customer service communication and follow up that would be hard to beat!!”

“We ordered in November delivery February as promised. Strong sofas with really good quality leather which doesnt scratch. Really need to praise the delivery drivers too, they noticed before delivering that one of our sofas wasnt quite right took it back to the workshop then delivered later in the day. Great service”

“Ordered in October and had to wait till February for delivery, but it was worth the wait. All contact with Old Boot has been very professional and helpful. Sofas are extremely comfy and supportive. They are also extremely well made. We have a young dog and every now and again he has a mad 5 minutes and so far they are holding up to his claws very well (thankfully). We went for hobnail leather. Will be back to get some cushions when we decide on a colour.”

“Most comfortable sofa Ive ever owned. We went for the foam with a feather padding and its perfect. Lovely mustard colour, quality velvet, sturdy and elegant. The only reason Ive put four stars rather than five is because we had to wait longer than first stated. But it was worth waiting for. About to order another.”

“Would like to personally thank Zoe and the delivery driver that drive a three hour round trip to deliver my sofa on his Saturday off . You both went above and beyond for a situation that was out of your control , this shows an outstanding level of customer service . My Alfie is a stunning piece of craftsmanship and really looks stunning . I was initially very wary of ordering as I couldnt make it to see your showroom but I got a feeling from the first time I called up to order my swatches and from the excellent reviews that my trust wouldnt be let down , For someone who has only ever ordered from dfs before , I would thoroughly recommend using old boots as I have a far superior sofa for a very reasonable price . Thanks again Zoe , I will be back to order a chair to match when Ive talked hubby into an extension !!”

“So impressed with Old Boot Sofas. The customer service was exemplary from start to finish, especially given the constraints of covid. I struggled to decide between the vintage tan & vintage brown but having seen the samples, opted for vintage tan and was not disappointed. The sofa is stunning. The quality of leather is amazing boasting superb craftsmanship and the comfort is incredible, considering also that I ordered without visiting a showroom. Even the delivery guys were in a league of their own. They were courteous & above all careful. I will not hesitate in ordering from Old Boot Sofas again and only wish I had found them sooner, having made several costly, bad buys in the past few years. I must add that I am an absolute perfectionist & the sofa was just that ......perfect! Cheers to Old Boot Sofas, you deserve every success!”

“Very happy with the whole process of buying a sofa from Old Boots. We initially booked an appointment to go to the showroom to test and measure for a small sofa for our little cinema room. The costumer service in the showroom was exceptional, we were given various samples to bring back home to decide which leather would suit the best. After some measuring back at home, we placed order online on a Snuggler in anti-scratch leather. We were kept well-informed throughout the whole process. However, on the day of delivery, the wrong sofa was sent to our address. I contacted Old Boots immediately, and had a really quick response from them. They confirmed that the wrong sofa was loaded, and they are chasing the delivery company to rearrange a new delivery asap. We received our sofa roughly a week after that, and we are very happy with it!”

“We ordered our settee and chair in lockdown we received communication all the way and we wernt disappoint when we received it had the Hepburn range and the footstool in willow and it's so well made and comfortable well worth the money Thank you to the team at old boot Love love it x”

“This is a great little company. We're delighted with the build quality and the comfort and the experience has been a good one from start to the delivery. I'm so very pleased to see them back up and running after the lockdown. I would highly recommend a visit to their showroom to try their range - the staff were very charming and couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks Zoe and all concerned.”

“A full 5 stars. Just taken a slightly delayed delivery. An Urbanite sofa in vintage leather. It looks great and is wonderfully comfortable. The delivery team were quick, polite and efficient. Another 5 stars for the front team, Zoe and Jenny, always there to respond rapidly to any queries. Highly recommended. Support Old Boot if youre looking for a new sofa.”

“I ordered the Historian sofa bed, and its brilliant. Well made, sturdy and lovely quality. I did have to wait a bit longer than originally planned, which was then exacerbated even more by the lockdown for another couple of months, but that wasnt their fault. It was well worth the wait, though...very happy with the final result. Customer service is good, friendly staff ready to assist.”

“So glad we chose Old Boot Sofa for our new Sofa & chair - absolutely spot on!!. Due to the current pandemic, we were unable to visit the showroom & everything was done by phone, email & zoom meetings - but Jenny & the team handled everything superbly & we felt confidant and absolutely no worries about what we ordered & we've been kept informed throwout When the sofa & chairs arrived, WOW. Great delivery team The quality of each of the items is superb - top notch & incredibly comfortable. Exactly what we ordered!! The guys are good people & I/we would happily recommend them Nice one!!”

“Excellent quality sofas and outstanding customer service. Love my new Hepburn sofas, I returned without any problem, two Chester sofas which were too petite for my big grandson. I was pleasantly astonished by how understanding and helpful Old Boot were. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality sofa.”
