“We ordered an small 2 seater Old Boot sofa in late November 2019 and it was delivered in mid January 2020. Our dealings with the firm was first class throughout. The sofa was of the highest workmanship, using beautiful Italian leather and we were especially delighted that it was built in Lancashire. It really enhances our dining kitchen and we're now considering ordering another armchair. Highly recommended.”

“Friendly and helpful service on the phone - slight hiatus and lack of communication around delivery but very efficient and courteous when delivered. Lovely sofa - even if my feet dont reach the floor which I hadnt anticipated- so I need to curl up!”

“We have the Hepburn snuggle chair and love it! Although the time waiting was a little longer than expected, it was totally worth the wait. From the customer service on the phone to the delivery men, all excellent.”

“We have Just received our lovely leather sofa its better than we expected, we ordered online without seeing it first as we live a long way from the shop so it was a gamble but we neednt have worried as the Hepburn is better than we had imagined. We were sent leather samples and chose a colour which matched our Hepburn perfectly. I highly recommend Old Boot”

“I placed my order for my Old Boot Snuggler over the phone, never having seen the range other than online. I was given a very accurate time frame for completion of the order and was kept up to date with progress which was unexpected and reassuring. My queries were answered promptly with a very friendly attitude. Then my Snuggler was delivered. It's gorgeous. If I had the space I would buy more from the range.”

“I have had a few issues along this journey that did annoy me - visited the new shop in Fulham to look at selected sofas but only to find it was a partial wasted journey, I did however manage to look at the colour and type of leather I wanted - I then placed my order and paid my money - numerous delays with manufacture dates and I was not updated but needed to push and ask for updates which I was given - The delivery date was cancelled as the van boke down ! which was annoying as I had sold and delivered my old sofas to the new owners so I was ready for the new, but another week went past for me sitting on the floor :-( The sofas did arrive and I am very pleased with the end result which does go someway to wipe out problematic issues in the early stages - they look great and they are comfy but only time will tell how well made they are and how they will last ! watch this space and I will update”

“First class service from order to delivery. Beautiful sofa...the judge. Luxury leather looks and feels great. Was a little worried about delivery given my very rural locale....however delivered exactly as planned, no delays. Delivery people excellent! Kept up to date via email with sofa progress. Would highly recommend.”

“Our visit to the shop was delightful. We were well looked after and given information and advice. Choosing our sofa became an experience rather than a task to tick off the list. We were offered coffee while we sat and made our decision and subsequent purchase. We were kept up to date via email as to how everything was progressing and today we took delivery of our beautifully designed and crafted Hepburn sofa that looks even more stunning than we anticipated. The delivery men were professional, cheerful and helpful arriving within the two hour slot despite issues on the motorway. An excellent experience all round.”

“My sofa was a bit delayed, however I have to give the 5 stars. After all I received my sofa in time for Christmas and its beautiful. You cant find anywhere elese such good quality products for good prices. Buying online is risky and most of the time disappointing, however the sofa was more than I expected, very good quality and looks fabulous.”

“Exceptional customer service from Old Boot Sofas when our puppy chewed and damaged the cushions on our 'Howard' sofa. We rang and explained our predicament, sent the leather covers back and they repaired them so they were good as new and returned them to us, all at no cost. You just wouldn't get that kind of response from the big retailers. Amazing. Thank you Old Boot Sofas! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a distinctive, high quality, sensibly priced sofa backed up with unrivaled customer service. Why go anywhere else?!”

“From receiving samples, the initial order followed by a call from Andy and the very efficient delivery guys and a final call from Andy to check I was happy with everything, all the excellent reviews Old Boot gets for customer service are well deserved, but is the sofa any good? Well, I took delivery of the Judge in rustic brown 2 weeks ago and it looks great,feels wonderful and just oozes quality. Ive bought a lot of sofas in the last 40 years and quite simply this is the best sofa I have ever owned. Old Boot know what they are doing, I.e. provide a quality product at a fair price and ensure customer service is the best it can be. thank you Old Boot, I will never buy a sofa or chair anywhere else again!”
