“Terrible. The colour is washed out and totally different from the image. Annoying to have to pay 3gbp to return something that was falsely advertised (the colours are too far off to blame it just on differences in screens). Still haven't received a refund having sent it back a while ago.”

“Bought multiple dresses in same clothes size and they all fit like different sizes. Items were low quality fabrics. On top of that you get spammed with multiple emails a day from them, the unsubscribe button didn't work and even blocking one of their emails hasn't stopped all of their advertising messages coming through as they clearly have multiple emails to send you spam from.”

“I was really excited to try the brand, I love how ethical they appear, however I messed up the sizing and had to return my order for larger sizes. Three weeks since return and I haven’t had a reply or communication and I now have to send my third email asking about my return. Very frustrating. I appreciate it could be the carriers issue but at the end of the day I’d like a resolution”

“The trousers I ordered (and paid for) were discontinued, so I was offered an exchange for another colour. The order then took 7 weeks to arrive, with little to no communication from the team. They kept saying it would ship soon. Once it finally arrived, the fabric was a horrible and shiny and didn’t drape well. They looked a lot better on the website than in person. Needless to say I am returning and won’t be shopping with Omnes again.”
