“This sports bra doesn't follow the usual panache sizing. I have been wearing Panache sports bras for years, but this design was very very small in the cup and the straps are exceptionally short which renders the bra unwearable.I would argue this is a design fault and i resent having to pay for the return.”

“Communication and delivery time was good. The website was clear and easy to navigate, although size filtering didn't always work. It would be nice if they acknowledged that some of their customers (i.e 28DD) are actually not large-busted ladies, but i was nevertheless delighted to find somewhere that stocked my size. The product I received felt good quality and the sizing was fairly accurate. However, delivery and return costs will prevent me from purchasing again, due to the high likelihood of the fit not being quite right and a return being necessary.”

“I recently placed two separate orders for a few different bras. Delivery was quick and the quality of the products was great as always. Unfortunately a couple of the bras from each order were not quite suitable (my search for a strapless bra continues). I contacted customer services to explain and ask if it was possible to return bras from both orders in one package as I didn't seem to be able to do this via the returns portal. Customer service were extremely helpful regarding the return and also pointed me in the direction of a local retailer who I was not aware so I may continue my search there. My returns were processed very quickly with no issues. Would definitely recommend buying directly from Panache.”

“Why is Tango Plunge (the only bra I and many others feel comfortable in) only available in Black. I don't want to wear black. Why can't we have pretty colours in this bra too?”

“I absolutely love panache sports bra’s ! BUT what I would have liked to have ordered (36J) non wired and non padded and none in stock !? I waited two months and still nothing in stock . So I had to order a wired sports bra which is not what I wanted . Otherwise I can not fault panache”
