The 304 Service Fatigue pants were awesome, didnt love the fit on me but a great product. The returns process for this company is trash, leaving the shipping cost to return on the customer. So a $108 pair of pants cost me $30 to return from the US to UK. This company makes cool products but unless they sort that out I doubt Ill order again.

We are always very keen to listen and respond to all feedback regarding the size and fit of our clothing to ensure that we make improvements where relevant. This helps our product team make improvements where we feel necessary, any feedback regarding our products is really helpful for us. We are sorry to hear your return process was not as expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to currently offer free returns at the moment, this is something we are working on implementing in the future. We have very recently introduced a reduced cost of $25 for returns, however, a cost that is a considerable amount lower than the cost that customers paid previously. We have found that when customers are returning orders from the US with alternative couriers they are being charged anywhere between $80-$200 which is why we've spent time working on a better returns solution so that we take on some fees. The difference in price for our UK and EU customers in comparison to our US customers is due to distance. We have been looking at a better returns solution for our US customers, which we hope to have implemented soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, P&Co

Product was good quality but the sizing did not fit my large legs. Returning my product wasexpensive and not a smooth experience, id advise most to not buy from p&co unless you know for certain that the product will fit you.

We are always very keen to listen, and respond to all feedback regarding our products to ensure that we make improvements where relevant. We are constantly modifying the fit on any products we feel necessary based off of our customers feedback. Thats being said we do provide a very detailed size guide for each product to help our customers better understand the sizing. I can't seem to find any emails from you regarding this, in future if for any reason you feel the item you received did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form on site. I attempted to contact them about a manufacturing issue via three different methods and never got a reply. After 6+ weeks of never hearing back it became apparent that I was stuck with the faulty items and decided to wear them. A few weeks later I got frustrated and messaged again, this time receiving a reply to explain how they'd never seen any previous messages/comments/reviews but as I had worn the items they could only of a 10% refund. They were sent a reply stating how I expected more considering they'd ignore all previous contact attempts, unsurprisingly I never heard back. Fast forward a while and feeling a little annoyed I leave a comment on an Instagram post about their service, received a fast reply asking me to send them a DM but two weeks went by and nothing again. After this I commented again on the existing thread but this time got a hasty reply to my original DM, I followed up by explaining everything that had happened, but classic this was seen/read and never answered just straight up ignored.

Never ordering there again. The return costs are just way too high to send something back from Germany. Shopping online and not being able to return the things that don't fit at all for a reasonable fee, is just such a disappointing experience.

We are working on implementing a better returns solution for our EU customers in the near future. Please be aware that you do not have to return the order back to us with Fedex. The majority of our customers have found cheaper options when using alternative couriers, which in some cases will offer better rates when returning to the UK. As a new customer to the site I order a shirt for myself and paid the extra $22 dollars for the expedited delivery. Not only was my order not processed I received an email with no subject title requesting for a utility bill or my identification. However the money was still taken from my account. There was no link to a phone number to resolve the issue everything is done via email and the process itself seems a bit odd to say the least. I still have no shirt, no refund and No response from any representative at P&Co. Highly disappointed with the service and will not be ordering from here ever again Do Not care how nice the quality of the clothing is. Customer should come first!

Items were delivered irresponsibly to my front garden and so were stolen before I got home. I have contacted p&co three times since and have not received any response from them (5 days since original email). I need a response urgently.

Firstly we'd like to apologise for the delayed response, our customer service team is very small and whilst we ensure that we respond to all queries as soon as possible due to the very high volume of queries we do recieve we cannot always respond as fast as we'd like to. We responded to your initial email within an hour, unfortunately any correspondence before this would have pushed your emails to the back of the queue, this is as stated in our automated response. We do advise customers to refrain from sending multiple emails to avoid this from happening. I can see that you have reached out to us regarding this to which we have provided a response and a solution we hope you are happy with. We offer instant refunds for all UK & EU customers, this is the option I can see that you opted for through our returns portal, this means that you should have been refunded as soon as your request was processed, rather than having to wait for the goods to arrive and be processed at the warehouse. Prior to purchase we do recommend measuring a favourite item of your own, and comparing those measurements to our Size Guide, alternatively we do also have a Fit Quiz available for each product, which can further assist you in finding the perfect size. If after this you require further information regarding sizing our Customer Service team can further advise. I can see that you did indeed reach out to regarding your order however this was in relation to a change in your order. As our warehouse aim to process and dispatch our orders as soon as possible, at this point your order had already been dispatched. Due to this we were unable to amend the items on your order. We do try our best to catch any orders like this as soon as we can and prevent dispatch. That being said, this is not always possible as we have a very high volume of queries which are responded to accordingly, so we cannot always catch them in time. If you do feel that your item did not match up to the measurements shown, please reach out to our customer service team with images of your item laid flat, clearly showing the tape measurement in the photo they can then pass this onto our product team for further review. I used your size guide and the pants I ordered were way to big. You charge $25 to return stuff and offer no exchanges. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Please feel free to check with alternative couriers that may offer a cheaper alternative for you. We have been looking at a better returns solution for our US customers, which we hope to have implemented in the future.
