I've been a big fan of P&CO for years, but I recently purchased a new pairs of Fatigues after mine ripped at the seam and the new pair our completely unacceptable. They've cheapened almost every element of the trouser. Buttons are now cheap plastic instead of metal rivets, material is clearly cheaper, fit is much more flared at the leg and tighter on the waist. An incredible fall from grace for a great product. There website also doesn't match what you're purchasing, the videos still show the original design with no plastic. To top it all off I gave them opportunity to rectify my complaint via email and they never even got back to me.

Terrible customer service. Emails completely ignored after trying to get hold of them multiple times, for 2 months. Multiple email chains, live chat, they’re not interested in customer service… bought a few things from here now. Even have some loyalty points/voucher. Have no interest spending it now…

Women’s jeans are not consistent in size. Reached out to customer service and then was ghosted once I proved that the jeans were in consistent in size. Best of luck if you have an issue with your order because P&Co expects consumers to guess the inconsistency prior to order and if you don’t, you pay for the return.

The sizing chart is horrifically inaccurate. I took measurements and sized up to make sure the pants fit. I can’t even get them close to buttoning up. There is a good 2 inches between the buttons. Returns are almost $30.

Disastrous First Experience – Avoid if You Value Your Time and Money I cannot express how disappointed I am with P&Co. After years of considering their products, I finally placed an order on December 30th, 2024, for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. Their website promised delivery within 3 to 5 business days, but as of January 8th, the tracking information showed that the package had not even been picked up by the final courier. Worse yet, they have completely ignored my email regarding this delay. This is not a minor inconvenience. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift for my girlfriend's birthday, the most important day of the year for me. P&Co not only failed to honor their promised delivery timeframe, but they also failed to provide even the most basic customer support – no responses, no updates, nothing. If you think a brand that markets itself as premium should offer premium service, think again. This level of neglect and disregard for customers is unacceptable. Their silence is not just unprofessional, it’s insulting. Do yourself a favor: if you’re thinking about buying from P&Co, think twice. There are plenty of brands out there that respect their customers and deliver on their promises. P&Co is not one of them. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I placed an order for two items ages ago and have no idea where it is. The last update from FedEx was that they printed a label -- and that was six days ago. Today, P&Co has requested a review of their service, and unfortunately, given my experience, I suppose I have to give them one star. I guess I'll give them a second review whenever (and if ever) I receive the pants.

Well, I still have not received my purchase. Tracking shows it was labeled, but never shipped. At this point I would say I’m an unhappy customer.

Order still has not arrived after 10 days! Zero updates posted on the tracking website. No options for alleviating these issues when I reached out. I will be requesting refund as soon as possible.

This is a Christmas gift. I have not received it yet. Appears to be stuck in Shipment Label Creation. Has not even been turned over to FedEx yet. I tried your on-line chat feature. No response. Very doubtful I will receive by Christmas. Very disappointing. I would appreciate a Customer Service representative calling me at +1 (408) 887-7922 to provide an update on the status of my order.
