“Quality of the chicken is amazing, great taste and texture. My only issue is the packaging. I have to always make sure it's in a secure dish to thaw in the fridge as the packaging always leaks. This makes me a bit nervous frankly, although each time I've received it the chicken has still been frozen and goes straight to the freezer until used.”

The transparency of your operations and how you accommodate the chickens made me lifelong customer. A chicken raised in a pasture vs farm chicken raised on a factory there is are inherernt differences - it's not just in the flavor, but the quality overall.”
“Not super happy with my first order. Wings arrived with the seal opened and one package was not even closed, just opened to the air. CS told me they were refunding it even though it "wasn't their policy to refund for broken seals". The refund was only for $10 not $16 that I paid. It is concerning that they don't routinely refund for broken seals on food. Seems like a safety issue. Also, the chicken breasts I ordered didn't match the weight and quantity shown on the website. Overall, I won't be ordering again, this was not a good first order experience and told me a lot about the company in general.”
“Excellent quality chicken. My only complaint was that it was shipped in a container with a lot of aluminized plastic, with no option to return the forever garbage. Kind of inconsistent with being regenerative farmers. Sadly, I will not place another order unless I hear that they've changed their packaging to something more reasonable.”
“I like that you can order as much or as little as needed for your household. other companys require a minimum amt to order which isn't the best for our family. chicken tasted excellent and to know it is farm fresh with no antibiotics and free range.”
“Pasturebird has such delicious chicken. I placed my 1st order about a week ago. I ordered the split chicken breasts with bone and skin. This is absolutely my favorite cut right next to the thighs. It arrived on time and was packed really well. I am so happy to be able to buy chicken I can trust has been raised humanely and does not have any harmful products injected or given to it. i was referred by a friend and have already told many of my friends about them. they have a wonderful referral program that can help defer some of the cost. However, their chicken is worth every penny as is my peace of mind!”
“WOW, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT Shippement delay told customer service about it but was given a standard answer. After the product arrived at my house 1 week later and at an inside-the-box temperature of 70 degrees I was told a replacement order was on its way. At the end of the week, no product and I'm not sure if they would have let me know if I didn't reach out. They said they will refund but since the replacement box was at no cost I have to waste my valuable time sending another email making sure they refund the original order, not the zero-cost replacement order.”
