“Whilst the product supplied was outstanding, the refund policy has left me with a sour tatse. After numerous emails highlighting the issue that the LED is NOT a plug and play with a simple installation the refusal to to refund my postage cost because it was deemed I have changed my mind. I wanted to have these lights installed but the Mazda 6 which is identified as being a suitable fit was not actually the case. 3 independent auto places confirmed this along with one workshop identified by Perception lighting as being the place to go to have fitted. So I believe no wrong has been done by myself as the consumer, yet I have paid a price at the end of the day with no LED lights. Dissappointed with the outcome”

“No instructions, and no clues as to what plugs into what. But I'm lucky because one of the plugs coming off the 50cm LED light strip plugs into my https://www.marine-deals.com.au/ battery pack which can be charged via solar so I will ultimately have a way to power the light strip. Pity help anyone else who does not have something to readily plug the strip into. Anyway, it works.”
“The initial order of a stationary pack including antennas took one week from purchase to delivery, however upon opening I found the incorrect plug for the cel fi (car attachment instead of AC adapter). This was resolved by a phone call and email and the correct adapter arrived four days after making the complaint. The prompt service meant that I was able to complete set up 13 days after ordering. More due care at the time of packaging would have been appropriate. Cel fi is now up and running and is giving good coverage at this stage.”
