“I would like to commend Pet Circle for their care, compassion and love they have. I recently bought a parka for my dof and unfortunately when I received the parka it was a little too small. I exchanged that for the larger size wit no trouble whatsoever and what made me shed tears was the girl from Pet Circle said to me "no need to return the parka that is too small for your dog, instead can you please donate it to your local shelter or RSPCA or for a dog in need". Oh my goodness I couldn't believe that - What beautiful words to hear. PetCircle cares about disadvantaged needy animals. Ready to donate the parka for a needy dog instead of getting the return. “Customer service is poor, delivery is terrible since moving to Australia Post. Refuse to acknowledge customers consumer rights. Just take your money and don't deliver items. Avoid company, spend a few dollars extra for better service and to actually receive items”

The Surefeed Microchip Bowl has a 3 year warranty but they say it is olnly 12 months and they palm you off the the distributor. The bowl is not operational
According to Consumer Affairs the customer is not to deal with the distributor they are to deal with the company they made the purchase from. Petcircle do not want to help.

“If you want multiple false delivery attempts and wasting all your time chasing up where your parcel went cause it was marked as "delivered" because the courier service they use couldn't be bothered with a delivery attempt so they lie about the delivery despite the parcel still in the couriers possession then shop here.
Also this is after contacting multiple different customer services to eventually find someone that could find out anything about the order and updating delivery details with additional instructions to ensure it doesn't get repeated only for it to happen again.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option, terrible delivery service, customer services provides no resolution and knows nothing.”
“There have been on going delivery problems for three months. Items packed in Sydney are arriving, ironically for me items packed in Brisbane are taking 15 days to arrive. I just email and maybe get an idea of likely arrival but there are big problems! I ordered about three weeks before I needed things but still got caught out.”

“Hit or miss it's truly unpredictable whether Pet Circle will knock it out of the park or completely flop. I ordered replacement supplements for my dog two weeks before my supply ended. I did receive a Pet Circle delivery but it was someone else's order. When I requested my order be sent to me, they went out of their way to let me know they would not charge me for the replacement order. Interesting distinction, given they packed and sent me the completely wrong order.
It's unfortunate because when they get it right, they do a good job but they are not dependable, and accepting responsibility is not their strong suit.”
“I ordered a bag of dog food a month ago with expected delivery of 7 days. Have emailed customer service countless times for a refund as still no delivery, and have been refused and told the investigation of what happened to my parcel is 'ongoing'. Not even an offer to send me another order, just refusal of a refund. Will NEVER purchase from this store again.”
“Per Circle lied about the items being delivered. I think this is a scam they run to keep your money whilst they are out of stock of items, or hope you don't follow up on missing orders. The transport company used is not even delivering to regional WA so there is no truth to their statements my items were delivered and the delivery docket did not have signature. They are very hard to communicate with, go directly to PAYPAL to refund money.”
“I had an order that was marked delivered, it was not, the lady on the phone was very helpful... however I'm unsure if they had lost my package or what ... as I had to write to them via email a few times and each time got a vague answer. The most recent correspondence one of the workers told me they tried to deliver my package yesterday but there was no safe place to do so.... funny as I had a package delivered from pet circle today and Monday we have a very large undercover verandah.. I didn't appreciate being lied to.
I am so unhappy with the service.

“Three times I have been advised my item has been delivered and only when contacting the company to advise them I havent received it that the courier company has advised cant find address. What! I've had more than 50 deliveries to my office over christmas and this courier company cant deliver 3 times? Cant find address, business closed, wrong address? Which is it? Why can all the other courier companies find my address. I think they are too lazy to walk into our office. Lost me as a customer because of their pathetic courier company.”
“I ordered my products on Dec 26th - I understand there have been a few holidays between.. so have recieved my one box order on the 4th Jan BUT 3 important prescription food boxes are missing and I am going away on holidays in two days.. THIS HAS PUT MY CAT's HEALTH IN SERIOUS JEOPARDY!!!
I have spoken to customer service and supposedly replacements are being sent (with an ugly $15 scratcher) but that does very little to console me when I will be away for two weeks and there is no where local for me to buy these products!
I will have to drive 3 hours round trip prior to my much looked forward to holiday to get immediate replacements!
I have only just gone back to PETCIRCLE and had submitted for AUTO delivery but I will be cancelling that .
DISGUSTED!!! How do you mess up something as food critical to a pet's health!?
20th Jan UPDATE
Further to this drama I was sent several messages from Pet Circle asking if I'd recieved my order so they could cancel the reorder.
Due to the incompetance of Pet Circle it cost me an additional $280 to get hold of the required prescription diet food for my cats.
Instead of offering to make up for the mess, Pet Circle just cancelled the reorder that included a toy for my cats to make up for it.
There are been multiple emails back and forth and it seems Pet Circle have absolutely not clue what is going on within their own warehouse, no comittment to customers and no consideration for the trouble caused.
I had to find an extra three hours before taking off on holiday to go to Melbourne to get this food, but the three stores I went to were out of stock- I asked the cat accomodation if they could order food for my cats through their supplier... this incurred a vet bill to approve prescription for two cats and the food at double the price,.
Nothing short of a #%&t storm and no resolutuon offered.
I will be updating my reviews on all platforms to include this information.”
“I ordered from Pet Circle at the weekend and had my order by Wednesday which was courier delivered to my door in regional Victoria. I wasnt expecting it so soon with Covid delaying just about everything so I was thrilled. Very happy👍”
“I have no idea why this company is still allowed to trade under Australian consumers Law. I placed an order, only for them to make it a reoccurring order, 1 extra order every month and charging more money on the second order than the first one. This happened all automatically according to their customer services person Gabriel.
On top of this, the item which I received was faulty, which means I should receive a full refund according to their own policy.
'You can return your order for a refund if the item is faulty, not fit for the intended purpose or not as pictured on the website' but when I told them
But when I mentioned this to them, they still refused to give me a refund.”
“I order dog food, and it is now three weeks that we are waiting for delivery. Emailing the company, they only said, it is because of pandemic, a general excuse for poor customer service. They promised next day the purchase will be delivered, and four days passed, still no sign of delivery.
After I ran out of food for my dog, I order online from another store, and got the food delivered on the same day!”

I have bought 2 big packs of dog treat from Pet Circle, both of them are so close to exp. dates. My dog couldn't finish them in time for sure. But the customer service from Pet Circle said the exp. date within 2 to 3 months are quite normal. That's ridiculous. The exp. date of the previous one that I bought even better than this time. They didn't provide any solutions, just keep saying this is normal. I feel very disappointed this time as a regular and loyal customer. Won't back again.”
“I understand covid makes everything move slower but this is really dreadful. What the customer support only does is telling me to keep waiting. I waited for the first so-called 72hours then I was told to wait for another 48. The customer support is not supportive at all, their attitude makes me even feel worse.
