“I added an item into my wishlish. One day, they notified me that the item is back in stock. I came online and ordered it immediately. Then I waited for 6 days, there was no updates on my order, the order said "Packaging". I contacted the support, and supporter told me that it was just delayed because of covid-19 outbreak. I totally understand this situation and said that I will wait for one more week then. And after 2 days more, I received an email saying that my item is out of stock and they will credit me in the account instead.
How could this happen?
I ordered immediately after receiving the notification. They hold it for 8 days, then told me that my item became out of stock after 8 days. They probably didn't sell item base on the order time and sold that to someone who ordered after my order.
I would not recommend PetCircle if you don't want to be upset like me. Stay away from it. I won't do any more business with PetCircle.
P/S: In the email, they told me to add this item to wishlist so that I can order immediately next time. This is more funny, right? I did it and it doesn't work as it should be.”
“The only issue I have with pet circle is the very slow delivery time. You pretty much need to order at least two weeks before your running low on dog food. I often have to go to the shops and buy dog food to keep me going until my very slow delivery arrives”
“Pet circle delivered my parcel to the wrong address.
I emailed them and they confirmed the above and told me I need to wait for the delivery partner to go pick up the item and deliver to me.
I went to that address they accidentally delivered it to and it was gone / stolen.
I have emailed them 4x over 2 days telling them this and they will not reply to me.
There is no number to contact them.
I’m completely out of dog food and was forced to go in store to buy more (it’s over $100)
They will not even reply to refund me.

“Like MANY others i've just read about on VARIOUS sites, the order never arrived. Delivery is the issue. I told them three years ago their courier was terrible but they said they with with a new one. My guess is same couriers different name. Anyway, below tells you the state of affairs. Needless to say I got onto chat, was told I'd be contacted, was not, got back on chat after the weekend, was told I'd be emailed by six, nothing, got back onto chat and organised a refund, but because i don't trust them i had paid thru paypayl and sent them copies of the chats and $ oweing. I wouldn't touch them again, ever.”
