“very worse experience, first they show good offers on web site after purchase they will not confirm the ticket and ask for more money. still struglling for my refund since December 19 2022. every day I call customer service they told me within 24 hours refund will be done

“This website is a big SCAM & they are cheating their customers.
I booked a ticket from this website on 20th January 2023, but the ticket was not issued and the booking was cancelled. I was supposed to receive a refund for the amount of 1106 AED which was already debited from my credit card.
The email which they sent after cancellation mentioned that payment will be refunded within 15-20 WORKING DAYS (which I feel is unreasonably long time required to return someone’s hard earned money). However, this period is already over, in fact it has been a month now & I have still not received the refund.
I’m calling them daily since last few days, but their call center has just one thing to say: ‘Our team is working on it & you will receive the money within next 1 or 2 working days’. They do not have the courtesy to reply to my emails as well. They also told me that I will receive a call back from their higher management, but never received any call.
I think next option would be to go to the Police to recover my money.”
