I bought a ticket from this company and they canceled it and now they are having trouble in giving my money back to me, 25 days/nights gone, these people are themselves taking a peaceful sleep by disturbing others. My question to you guys? You guys do some other good work then this fraudulent work. Remember, the one above is watching.”
“I had booked through Rahlat a ticket from Mumbai – London on 9th November 2021, Booking ID is 1694387 on a specified date which was confirmed, all of a sudden Rahlat sent an email stating that Fares have gone up and asking to pay difference of Fare or else the seat would be cancelled, Rahlat without an intimation cancelled the ticket and now since 3 months have failed to refund the fare. When contacted their Agents just say we will look into it and you will get an email within 24 hours, this has been going on since the last 3 months. Their Agents do not want to share the contact details of their supervisors or higher ups, which proves that the whole set up is nothing but a money making racket and Rahlat.com is a Fraud site. Please do not deal with this site or else you are sure to loose the money you have paid to them.”
“Its a scam and fraud. I book a ticket then i paid tru my debit card after the transaction i rcvd only my ticket is on processed then after that day i rcvd mail that theres a fare increase. So i was already hesitant i cancelled and they give me respon only in mail that they will give me full refund within 4-5 days. Until i read this review😭😭 im sure goodluck to me how many years is my refund. DONT DONT DONT EVER BOOK THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. SCAMM”
“the worst travel agency I've ever used. There was a charge of 77 Kuwaiti dinars for the booking change (x3 of the airline price). Although the price on both dates was the same, but still they wanted to charge 77 KD as the agency service !!!!! Also, It states on their website that they refund 80% of the ticket price if I want to cancel it, but they offered 58%”
