“I ordered the wiring harness for a road angle dash cam, the item was delivered promptly and with no fuss. However when i came to use the harness I found there was a bad earth connection which I had to replace.
Other than this the harness was fine.”
“Road angel seem to be only intere!! sted in making more profit !! . Not only do you pay for the Item but then you can't use it without a further £150 pa fee to make it work . !!!

“You sell road angel halo pro as a front and rear camera but if you change your car and just take the cameras out you then require a new hardwire kit that’s ok but when you order a new kit you only supply wire for the front camera and forget to inform customer they also need to purchase a rear extension cable”
“The set up experience is extremely poor. Badly described, difficult to walk through with numerous brickwalls due to key missing information e.g. 'this wont happen unless you are outside' and generally poor coordination between the app, the device and the subscription commitment you only discover when its too late. I hate to think how much avoidable call centre overhead you incur because of poor CX design”
“It simply doesn’t work. I explained my car had an IR window but was assured that was no issue. On receipt it didn’t work. The only suggestion was to use the small area of un protected screen. But , as I had explained, this area is directly in drivers view and already has a tag in it. Not fit for purpose on reflective screens”

“I bought the one with a 3 year membership
But it does not go beyond looking for a satellite link.
I called the helpline and was advised to power on and hold a point to the back hole for 5 seconds to restart.
But still does not work.”
“Extremely disappointed as the dab aerial I received did not match the aerial picture on the box in the advert or match the picture of it on the windscreen in the advert.
When I emailed about this Andrew was extremely rude saying it is what it is and no one else complained.
It’s false advertising showing one thing and selling another.
The only reason I bought it was because I had tried others and Road Angeles looked more substantial, it cost twice as much but I was happy to pay. Then only to receive an aerial like the others I tried which were half the price
