“Completely appalling quality, very disappointed, would not recommend anyone purchase from here. Examples include door frame uprights not the same length. The roof was too small for the apeture, the coating was barely applied and patchy. Not worth half the value considering the finished product. Shameful. With the audacity to chase for a review.”
“Missing parts and the panels weren't straight and needed modifying. Tried contacting customer service, twice and never received a response. I had to use my time and money to find, travel to collect and purchase items to replace missing parts/fix the wonky panels. I left a review on google and the response said to contact customer services. Which like i said, i have twice with mo response”
“Absolutely awful. I bought the Peony 12`x6` Summerhouse. Construction wise not difficult, however the larger roof panel was overcut by 10mm which meant moving the roof supports and cutting the final panel. I went to great pains to insulate the whole of the inside and underfloor only to find on the first rain day the main panels leak like a sieve ! Had to remove insulation and seal along every wood joint to stop rain coming in. The gate latch that comes for the door cannot even be fitted properly as the main part of the door is screws to is not wide enough to fit the lever and restraining bracket and the whole thing just seems to have collapsed as it does not close into its latch properly and wobbles everywhere. I know I only paid just under a grand for this but seriously terrible quality and so do not expect this to come without its problems and you will have to sepnd a lot of time and effort with workarounds. Very disappointed and I will not be buying anything from here again.”

“There's an old saying ( you get what you pay for ) and this is true with this product.
hardly any of the joints's fit properly .the roof corner's had to be cut back to fit and the door's
had a considerable gap around them. I AM A CARPENTER .”

“The product quality was very poor. Only for the fact I spent £300 on having it put up and the hassle of getting it now removed, is it still there. Will be seeking partial refund, to reflect its poor quality.”

“Quick to take your money, but very slow to respond to any questions. I have paid not only for the building, but also for its erection, yet I cannot find out any details about what will be provided by the installation staff. It is planned to be installed next month and so we'll update this review when the building is up.”

“Received a message to say delivery would be between 4.0pm 8.0pm, at 10.00am noticed a person at the front of the house, when I went outside the shed was half unloaded from the vehicle, I tried to tell the driver that as 76year old pensioner I would have trouble carrying it to the rear of the house as I have just had a hip replacement. He replied that it was policy to deliver to the front door and getting it to the rear of the house wasn't his problem as he wasn't paid enough for that. I rang up Shire to complain and was told to put it in writing and they would send me a link, I am still waiting for a link and just feel fobbed off as they have been paid and weren't interested I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.”

Told me 8hours before the delivery that they had confirmed that they did not have the building to send to me.
Absolutely shocking customer service on the phone - wish I had found these reviews prior to ordering.

“Don’t touch this shambles of a company with a barge pole. Goods only arrived after 4th attempt! You ring them, they don’t care, they won’t ring you back, nor reply to emails! To top it all they accused me of lying! Even the seller berated Shire and is refusing to use them!”

“I ordered a garden arbour from garden chic they ordered from shire GB it came a part was missing and a corner post was that rotten it was not for for purpose. The collection date was accepted that day came all of a sudden they don’t have a driver so the earliest was a week later. It’s not acceptable I’ve put a complaint in and be very careful when buying online as you never know what condition the product will be like but deffinately was not checked before been sent out.”
“Terrible company. Ordered summer house for £1400.When built the roof was sagging. Asked them to rectify and Rob told me it’s not their problem as I built it myself. They sent a few bits of wood and told me to brace the roof myself. Customer services don’t reply for up to a week. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Look at the other reviews. “I'd like to warn you before ordering from this company I ordered a shed through Wilkos had notifications t by Shire that delivery would be 7thJune that was ok .Then I received a e.mail from Ellie Marshall that the delivery is now 23rd May the day came no show .Sent e.mail informed there would be a investigation for the reason .I sent more e.mails for any guidance. Received e.mail this morning 25th May from Ellie Marshall that their had been a data problem and the new date was 7thJuly this year hopefully .What a pathetic excuse to blame a system error”
“This review was originally for Shire GB as Garden Street sent me to them ! However after 6 weeks of no interest huge expense by me to rectify and such stress .. someone albeit the provider as opposed to the manufacturer needs to be held accountable for such a disgraceful delivery of shoddy items and lack of interest with my plight of being ‘had’ basically both in my pocket time energy and stress level. Absolutely worst company and shoddy item ever received ! 6 x 4 bar ordered .. huge chunks of wood missing .. door made with feet that I had to pay to get taken off as not on their picture or their instructions and didn’t fit with them on .. no screws arrived ... door made too tight so cannot be opened or closed without a kick .. shutter does not meet had a pro guy come to look who says it’s been made uneven so Paid a guy to make it fit .. floor is so weak paid a company to come and reinforce it to stop it cracking after one day .. roof felt tears with your fingers as so cheap and weak that no way can be used so had to pay a roof guy to buy and fix genuine shed felt .. all Photos sent and complaints .. no interest atall from these so called service providers !! the bar is just not fit for purpose ! I’ve paid almost £250 now to get things dealt with over the price of £500 to but bar to make it anywhere near of use !! My mum just died I’m currently disabled no work waiting for an op wanted this special to cheer my daughter for 21st birthday gathering . Low on finance spent hours perusing bars that looked strong and durable and at least safe from the elements ... customer service if you can call them that !!! ignore all the messages and have no interest atall . The carpenters and roofers all visited have said it’s just the worst piece of shoddy workmanship item they’ve seen .. I’ve spent money I don’t have trying to make it of use its stress and grief and disgusting ! Do not !!!! Buy from this company PLEASE I urge you .. they did not deserve one star but my review option would not come up without tapping this !! COWBOY COMPANY PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH I’M A SINGLE LADY JUST OVER £800 out of pocket for something not fit for purpose and a company that are uninterested and incompetent TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE .. appalling lack of interest from them is the icing on the cake””
