Very impressed with service, will certainly use it again, lady waiting at airport for me with my name on list. Hotel phoned company the day before on my behalf and was given a pick up time ,bus arrived on time

I have used this service on many occassions without any problems from different airports. Unfortunately we did experience a major problem on our last trip, on arrival at Palma airport we went our coach, the driver was very rude we had to put out cases on ourselves and we sat on the caoch for well over an hour and a half without a single word from him. On arrival at what we thought was our hotel he pointed us up a hill to what he said was our hotel, we dragged pur case up the hill about quartèr of a mile just to find it was closed fown Sol hotel. I had to go into a shop and the lady pointed us in the right direction back down the hill and then another 200 yards on the other side of the road. I have never had such bad service.The return pick up was brilliant, just what I expected on time and at the correct place. I will use tis company again and hope I do not meet that driver again.

Had to wait over 35 minutes for the 2nd out of the 3 coaches as the first was full that we was already queuing to get on for at least 15 minutes . The coach drove past my hotel 6 times before dropping us of. Total time to get from airport to hotel over an hour and half and it was only 7 km away. On collection from our hotel, we were picked 2 hours more than needed as we drove around near my hotel for 45 minutes collecting from other hotels that were only streets away before eventually heading to the airport. The local bus would have been much quicker and cheaper. We arrived at the airport over an hour before bag drop opened so we couldn't even go airside. Overall we spent way to much time on a sweltering hot coach constantly going past the same hotels over and over to fill it up.

Good service although quite a long trip as were last to be dropped off and first pick up. Felt we could have left later on returning to airport, arrived very early for check in!

Used shuttle one way, all good and no fuss. Used your private bus for return journey, all good again, great value and reliable service would definitely use again. 10 plus passengers in my party.

Dropped us off at the wrong Hotel. Then had to pay 10e for a taxi to get to the right hotel. Then had to phone and tell them the Hotel we were in so they could pick us up for the return journey. They hadn’t heard of the Hotel!!! Had to get the manager of the hotel to speak to them and explain what had happened. Very frustrating and disappointing.

In the future, please note that the exact hotel name and address should be included on your booking to avoid any confusion.
