When we landed the person who was supposed to meet us was not where we were told they would meet us , we ended up walking around looking for half an hour until i had to ring Shuttle Direct they told us to wait at another specific place and within minutes the guy turned up ( he was sitting down having a coffee) so not a great start. We were then put in a taxi and the taxi driver said the name of our apartment ( toboso) i said yes and he drove us to the toboso hotel and i didnt realise we were in the wrong place until he left, there was a hotel and an apartment with the same name ( i gave the correct apartment address when booking the transfer through shuttle direct) the apartments were a 15 minute walk with our suitcases in 27 degree heat again not great. Our bus back turned up on time and at the correct location so no problems coming home

There was 3 of us ,service was great on arrival. For pick up going back to airport we were given 11.15 am as pick up time and weren't picked up till 12 mid day it was a long time standing outside in hot sun waiting and no message as to why they were late only a very abrupt driver who actually said "no English when asked about been late.

When I came out from the airport, I kept looking for my driver but don't see anyone holding sign with my name. I couldn't call your company as I don't have SIM card . I must have walked up and down the lines of drivers more than 20 times and finally, the driver arrived, he was half an hour late.

The transport from Benidorm back to Alicante was great we were picked up by a minibus and only had to pick others up at 2 more stops brilliant, unfortunately the journey from Alicante to Benidorm was the worst we have ever had, I don't know why the driver didn't have a list of the stops he had to make,from leaving the airport to our hotel (the Mediterranio) it took nearly 3 hours I am a regular going out to Benidorm and I have never had a problem with any of my transfers. He was putting people off the coach and they were saying " we normally get dropped off outside our hotel " and didn't know how far they had to walk . Eventually there was my niece and I and another couple left on the coach , the couple were going to Calpe after him being 2 minutes away from our hotel he turned off and was heading to the motor way I went down to him and shouted " THE MEDITARANIO" I knew we were about to go to Calpe with the other couple , he had to turn around to take us back , we eventually got to our hotel at 2.15 am after leaving the airport at 11.15pm, not acceptable at all ! Unfortunately

We were given the wrong details at Palma Airport by the admin person so were sent out on to the car park with not much direction armed with incorrect details (wrong hotel). We eventually found the right coach and the driver sent me back to alter the details. coach clean & comfortable with good aircon. Received incorrect details again for return journey (wrong hotel, wrong pick up time). Eventually made contact with the company (the 24hr emergency help line was set to answer machine!!) and received correct details. Return journey took over 2hrs due to excessive amount of pick ups but again clean and comfortable coach.

You have to wait 1hr usually until you leave, and it takes much more than the time they estimate.

The pick up in the airport was not ok, there was no one to receive us. I called your office - and was informed, that the driver will be there soon ( we arrived at the schedule with the flight). But we met another employee from your company who was very helpful. He called our driver - and helped us to the pickup place. Sorry to say it was the same problem last year. The pickup from our apartment was just excellent, just in time. ( the same as last year). Maybe You should send an SMS to the customer " we a right away" when you are delayed. But still, we will continue to use Shuttle Direct - it is much better than tourist buss. Regards Dan Andersen

Normally have to wait around 40 minutes at Barcelona to go to the destination that's not too bad Coming home the coach always is punctual but this year we was picked up 6 hours before the flight we made good time to the airport as we only had 5 pick ups and about 15 people but we then had a 4 hour wait at Barcelona which I think is unacceptable,I phoned up the office and was told that our coach was the only coach that morning would get us to the airport in time for the flight

The drivers, both ways, were great. Only issue is that the first driver's van had no AC. We had just landed from Amsterdam to a much hotter Mallorca, with a 5 month old baby, and that journey was not pleasant at all.

The outward journey from airport was not good as there was no driver waiting for us so someone had to go & find a taxi for us. The return journey was fine & on time.

Soweit hat alles sehr gut geklappt, nur die Abholzeit für die Rückreise wurde uns von "Shuttledirect" drei mal falsch mitgeteilt. Da der Flug sich verschoben hatte, mussten wir daher selbst Kontakt mit dem Subunternehmer von Shuttledirect aufnehmen um die "richtige" Abholzeit in Erfahrung zu bringen.

De bestelde taxi stond klaar, echter was de auto niet in goede staat. We hadden een privétransfer genomen om snel bij het hotel te zijn, nu deden we er een keer zo lang over.

Our drop off location was incorrect, the bus driver was angry and extremely unhelpful. Apart from that, pretty good.

El sistema y el vehículo están bien, pero los tiempos son mejorables. A la ida tuve que esperar más de una hora desde que llegué hasta que salimos y el trayecto tenía tantas paradas que a la mía tardamos casi dos horas en llegar aunque no era muy lejos. La vuelta me recogió con un horario tan adelantado a la hora de salida de mi vuelo que llegué con muchísima antelación y tuve que esperar muchas horas en el aeropuerto, me imagino que para agrupar pasajeros que salían mucho más temprano que yo. Tienen que aumentar las frecuencias.
