Als letzte in Tossa de mar ausgesetzt worden. Nicht bis zum Hitel und da Sonntag Nachmittag war, gab es auch kein Taxi.

The move2 rep at girona was very rude to my partner after sat on a coach for over 2 hours with no Aircon my partner asked how much longer we'd be sat there , and she said if you don't like it upgrade yourself to a taxi. Certainly won't use or recommend this company to anyone

Dear whom it may concern, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience my partner and I had with your shuttle service. We used your service for our transportation from Girona airport to Hotel Alegria Maripins and had booked a return trip with a scheduled pick-up time of 6:00 AM for our journey back to Girona airport. On the morning of our departure, we arrived at the designated pick-up location 15 minutes before our scheduled pick-up time, as advised. However, the shuttle did not arrive as expected. At 6:05 AM, realizing the shuttle was overdue, we decided to contact your company for clarification and to inquire about the delay. Upon calling your customer service number, an agent informed us that the shuttle bus was waiting in a different location. This was both surprising and distressing to us, as we had not been informed of any changes to the pick-up location. We then asked the customer service agent to make sure the shuttle bus waited for us whilst we made our way to the new location. I would like to emphasise the discomfort we felt being in an unfamiliar location with all of our luggage in the darkness. It then took us 10 minutes to walk to the new location. As we were approaching the shuttle bus, it drove off. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing as the agent had confirmed with us that the driver would wait. Due to the misinformation, we were forced to make alternative arrangements for our transportation to the airport, incurring additional costs and significant inconvenience. This situation not only disrupted our travel plans but also caused undue stress during our departure. As a result of this, we had to pay an extra €80 euros for a taxi to Girona airport. In light of these circumstances, we kindly request a full refund for the return trip we booked with your company as well as a reimbursement of the €80 for the taxi. We believe this is a fair resolution considering the inconvenience and added expenses we incurred due to the miscommunication on your part. We were a party of 4 traveling to Palma on 28th Aug and were delayed for 5 hours because of the air traffic control issues. As it was a UK wide problem and Shuttle Direct knew our flight number we assumed they would be there to pick us up. How wrong we were! After spending an hour trying to find information on where to find our taxi and trying many times to contact them by phone I eventually spoke to someone who said there was no taxi for us as we arrived late. I explained one of our party was a wheelchair user and needed a suitable taxi but he was extremely unhelpful. In the end we had to find our own way to our resort costing €55 on top of what we already paid to Shuttle Direct. We will definitely not be using this company again.

The check in desk gave me the wrong bus number and I spent ages in the heat trying to find the right one! They said they would drop me near my apartment- I even showed them the map which showed i was near the hospital so s good landmark. She drove past that point and ended up just stopping and pointing up a small street off the beach which wasn't anywhere near. I had to walk back the way we came for 40mins in the heat of the day!

Our transfer from the Airport took 2hours 50 mins.The driver stopped at hotels that nobody was staying at and was definitely lost. On arriving at lloret de mar with many people still on the bus we were told it was the last stop and we had to find our hotel ourselves. On a number of occasions I rang the office and even emailed them but I was totally ignored. I tried to cancel my return trip but was unable to . We ended up getting a taxi back to the airport which only too 30mins.Extremely disappointed with the service you provide and would not recommend you to anyone.

I ordered a minibus for 8 people and our luggage and what arrived was 2 yellow cabs that could barely fit our luggage in, we had to have it on our laps for a 3.5 hour car journey. The taxi driver was watching formula 1 on his phone and was very rude and unhelpful. His driving was dangerous and I was very uncomfortable for the majority of the trip.

Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und ich konnte sie nicht erreichen die Telefonnummer war nicht zu erreichen. Die e Mail wurde auch nicht beantwortet. Wir mussten für 90 Euro zwei Taxis nehmen. Bei der Rückfahrt kam nicht wie gebucht ein xxl Van für 8 Personen sondern ein kleines Taxi und ein privates Fahrzeug in das kaum unser Gepäck passte. Die Fahrt war sehr unbequem. Ich fordere die Hälfte des Preises zurück.

Saftladen taxi in Deutschland mit Kreditkarte bezahlt am Flughafen angekommen keiner da zum abholen und Fahrer nicht erreichbar. Mal gespannt ob ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Vor allem sind die Taxis am Flughafen tirana günstiger. Nie wieder.

-Fahrer hat nicht wie versprochen pünktlich gewartet -Privattransfer gebucht und totales Chaos bekommen. Erst in einen Transporter mit anderen Gästen hinein, dann mussten wir nach ca 1 minute Fahrt das Fahrzeug wieder wechseln und zum Schluss hatte sich dieser Fahrer dann noch verfahren( weil er das Hotel nicht kannte). Das alles für eine Fahrt von ca. 5 Km.

our experience with the company is nothing short of bad. The journey time would be 35 minutes. When we arrived, we were told that we still had two planes to wait. these had not yet landed. After an hour we were picked up and dropped outside at a bus stop. We were not told how long we had to wait. We also stood here for more than an hour, without anyone coming to give any information. When we finally went, the journey took over 2 hours. because we had to drop off a lot of people. In addition, the driver said that the information given by the tour guide was incorrect. I will never book through this company again

Very disappointing. Arrived in Barcelona Airport T2 but the only bus going to Salou was from T1. Aprrox 20 mins airport bus transfer to T1 then to be told that the next bus to Salou was departing in 1 hour 20. Bus journey from airport should take 1 hour approx but the shuttlebus does a tour of salou dropping everyone off so the one hour trip soon became 2 hours as we were the last stop after everyone else had gotten off. It is the cheap option and didnt cause us any real problems as we had time on our side but I would not like to rely on this bus if you are travelling to catch a flight so we will be picking an alternative company for our return to the airport. Two positives were the bus was very clean,comfortable,ait conditioned and the bus driver was a very friendly man.
