Missed our Shuttle but emailed to let the company know we would arrive next day also tried to phone and office was shut so we had to pay nearly double when we arrived at the airport won’t use again

Transfer from Malaga Airport to our destination was unacceptable waiting well over the time Transfer return home okay.but won't be using this in future lost best part of our arrival day hanging around waiting for flights to come in.

Der Beauftragte Anbieter von Ihnen verwirrte mit der Angabe ich wäre auf Fuerteventura und nicht auf Gran Canaria. Zudem wurde ich per Mail gefragt ob ich den Service stornieren wollte. Dies verneinte ich und trotzdem wurde er storniert. Auf telefonische Nachfrage äußerte die Mitarbeiterin ich könne ja neu buchen, was nur durch ein vielfachen Preis möglich gewesen wäre.

Was told on arrival would have to wait 1 hour for shuttle. Advised person at desk I had a meeting and needed to get into centre of town before that. Shrugged his shoulders and said its a private company, take it up with them. I had to take alternative transport to make my meeting! When I asked for a refund, it was refused under terms and conditions. Very unfair , absolutely no compromise. Would never recommend this company due to their poor customer service. When i asked for a

Nous avons attendu exactement 2 heures et 10 minute pour la prise en charge à l'aéroport. La jeune femme au guichet appelait un numéro pour avoir des informations et on lui répondait, la navette arrive dans 15 minute, puis dans 5 minutes pour nous annoncer qu'ils ne savaient pas ou était la navette.... Pour le retour, je n'ai jamais reçu le mail de confirmation de la prise en charge... J'ai testé et ne reprendrai jamais une prestation avec cette société

Shuttle didn’t come and they told me I should go by my self to the airport Had take a Taxi from Santa susanna to Barcelona that cost me 135€ otherwise I missed my flight Never again , same happens to a friend

Never actually got to Fuerteventura due to Easyjet cancelling flight due to Fr airtraffic controllers strike. So I really need confirmation of 'no show' on 13 Oct and 27 Oct to claim on my travel insurance.

Us 3 ladies, all over 70 years old were dropped off our shuttle bus at an unknown destination with no directions on where our accommodation was. The driver was no help at all, spoke no English & wanted us off the bus immediately or Take us back to the airport! We were left on a busy road but no one around to help. We took about an hour walking with cases in high temperature until we found our accommodation. I am very unhappy at this start to our holiday & will not be using your company again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

As far as my wife and I are concerned our experience of return transfer from Paphos airport to our accomodation at the Artemis Cynthia Complex was most unsatisfactory. Having chosen your service and paid in full to be taken to our destination, I received an email the next day from yourselves that you only do shuttle to main hotels.when i questioned the fact when i booked there was no mention of this but you took my money, i did not receive a satisfactory reply. there was only a mention if you wish to cancel but no mention of return of payment. we are both in our seventies and this was our first trip to Cyprus. on the outward Journey the taxi driver took pity on us and left us close to our accomodation which was "still on route". However on the return Journey we were had to walk 1.5 kilometers to the King Jason Hotel in the mid-afternoon heat of 30deg, pulling our cases behind. We felt that we were initially mislaid by your web site advertisement and certainly received a dreadful service. needless to say we will never book with your company again and i'm sure anyone noting our experience will agree.

I am sorry to say that we waited for 45 minutes outside our Hotel to be picked up for to go to the airport but the shuttle never arrived we had to get a taxi

We had a very scary experience on our return journey to the airport. The minibus clearly had a fault with one of the tyres. The driver kept pulling over to the hard shoulder and pulling out again. After about 30 minutes, one of the tyres punctured, at speed, and he had to do an emergency stop on a slip road which was in a very dangerous place. Another passenger spoke to the driver and said that he had told him the tyre was not safe. We were not asked to leave the minibus and had to wait about 10 minutes in a highly unsafe place. The driver did not explain to us what was happening. We were left extremely traumatised by this experience which fell short of what we have come to expect from this service. Passengers lives were put at risk. Please advise me what steps you have taken regarding this incident.

Horrible. Autobus sin Aire acondicionado y En muy mal estado. Sin mantenimiento ni seguridad. Algunos asientos sueltos por no llevar los tornillos fijados.

Eine lange Wartezeit von 2 Stunden für den Flughafentransfer am Flughafen Barcelona ohne eine angemessene Organisation für die Passagiere ist ein Problem, das verbessert werden sollte. Dies kann auftreten, wenn das Transferunternehmen die Wartung und Unterstützung der Passagiere am Flughafen nicht optimal organisiert hat. In solchen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren, um Ihre Bedenken auszudrücken und sie aufzufordern, ihre Organisation zu verbessern, um die Wartezeit und den Transfer für die Passagiere komfortabler zu gestalten.

Bookede via deres egen hjemmeside. Hotelnavn, by til og fra lufthavn. Betalte og fik senere besked om jeg havde betalt for lidt? Det var deres egen hjemmeside der havde regnet det hele ud? Annulerede med et samme da det ville blive alt for dyrt☹️

Pick up was no problem. Return trip to airport a disaster. Pick up from hotel was 1.15 am. My flight was 7.15 am!!!! Direct journey to airport would have taken 45 min max. Calella to Girona Airport. We went to Blames and Tossa da Mar. There were a lot of no shows at the pickups. I I won't be using this service again.
