The driver was very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately we had to wait from 12.10h until 13.25h at the airport. This was quite a long time…! Kind regards Nadine

Not very easy to gather information. I constantly rang the phone during an emergency I didn’t get through for ages. My hotel was Hotel Astoria park and I had to travel 15 mins away for my transfer whilst everyone else got it from the Main Street. My shuttle was delayed and possibly never showed up but luckily another shuttle had extra space and brought me along.

Vi måtte vente i 15 minutter, så kom det en gammel og slitt taxi og hentet oss. Ikke som forventet da vi har brukt dere i mange år. Her kunne ha tatt en taxi på utsiden og betalt mindre.

Journey from airport to apartment was ridiculous. Sat on the coach at the airport for over an hour before we departed....no explanation as to why....no addition passengers boarded. After a number of drop offs, we stopped at a car park and were told we would be swapping vehicles to a smaller minibus. After 25 minutes wait, we continued our journey, only to be dropped off 400m from our apartment, which we had to locate ourselves whilst negotiating the busy main road. To be fair, the journey back was much smoother, with the pick up being on time. However, it was still a two and a half hour transfer due to the numerous pick ups. There should be more transparency about the possible lengths of the journey. All in all, we were disappointed and would not use this service again.

Arranged for pick up at 3.05… bus driver refused to take us as we weren’t on his list. Contacted emergency number and thankfully the girl was able to help and sort us with a taxi… caused unnecessary stress due to poor organisation

In theory, a really great and affordable service. The 2 reasons for only a two star review is: 1) The bus was almost 30 minutes late to pick me up to take me back to the airport for my departure flight. I wasn’t made aware of any delays and it made it rather stressful. Palma airport is extremely busy so it’s imperative you get there with as much time as possible so you can wait in the enormous queues - the delay made everything a huge rush. 2) I asked a group of Transunion drivers with assistance in finding my bus as I was not able to locate it. I was met with an extremely rude man shouting at me, he was so rude he reduced me to tears and made me feel an absolute fool. I was merely asking for some help. I understand it must be frustrating constantly getting asked the same questions etc, but as someone who worked in customer service for many years, I was pretty appalled by the level of rudeness by this group of men and this one man in particular. I think some extra customer services training could be beneficial.

The transfer there was ok, although we waited over an over from landing to setting off. The transfer back back was extremely disorganized. The pick up instructions weren’t very clear although we knew roughly were to wait on a corner between a couple of stops. We asked each coach that pulled in whether it was for our transfer. We were told by our driver it wasn’t for us, for the same coach and driver to loop back round 15 minutes later and shout my name. This was the experience of multiple people on the coach. We passed through 4/5 hotels at least twice. This meant the transfer was more and more delayed. We arrived later than planned at The airport despite there being no traffic. This meant our whole experience at the airport was a complete rush.

Die angekündigte Fahrzeit von einer Stunde wurde überschritten. Konnte ich mir aber auch schon denken. Für die Rückreise haben wir mit vier Personen ein Taxi bestellt.

We were on the coach for 3 1/2 hrs for a journey that should take 45mins. Very poor route planning to put so many people with such a spread of destinations on the same coach.

El trayecto se hizo con diligencia y los autobuses fueron buenos. La pega que encontré fue que te citan hasta cuatro horas y media antes de que saliera mi avión, cuando no más de hora y media se tarda recogiendo gente alrededor de la isla...lo sé, por que ellos mismos lo han hecho así un anterior viaje que también fui con ellos. Les llamé para ver si había una alternativa, y me dijo una señora con muy malos modos, que ella ponía los horarios y que tenía que ser así... ... bien, si no podía ser, la dije que entonces avisara a su conductor y que no se preocuparan que yo iría por mi cuenta.... la señora en cuestión, me mandó con mucha borderia directamente a la página web para que lo anulará, que ella no hacía eso... supongo, la malpensada, pensó que quería me retribuyesen el dinero, nada más lejos de mi intención, solo quería avisar que no me esperaran... Y así fue, ví dos llamadas perdidas del conductor a la hora indicada... En fin, buen servicio, incluso diría que necesario, pero malos modales...

we waited in a hot coach (no A/C) for 20 /25 minutes, then went to other resorts on the Costa Brava there was no microphone working and the driver was almost unintelligible calling out the names of the hotels, and names of the passengers,he had to walk up and down the coach with his phone showing it to the passengers . we were on the coach for 2 and a half hours until we reached our accommodation in Lloret and people were still on the coach going to Tossa de mar another 30 min I have used Shuttle Direct on a number of occasions without a hitch but this particular time was an unpleasant experience

Se adelantó el día de entrega previsto y no estaba en casa ..con lo cual no lo dejaron. Cambiamos por email la dirección de entrega y no hicieron caso, volvieron por segunda ver a la primera dirección.

Nicht nochmal. Pünktlichkeit war super. Koffer durfte man selbst in den Bus laden und auch wieder raus holen. Von cala mesquida bis zum Flughafen 2,5 Stunden war nur noch ermüdend.

Selve køreturen var fin men… turen fra lufthavnen til hotellet tog 1 1/2 time for 33 km, på ingen måde tilfredsstillede! Da vi skulle retur blev vi hentet 5 timer før fly afgang - igen for 33 km’s kørsel! Ikke rimeligt! Har fuld forståelse for at man fylder bussen op men ikke med SÅ meget ekstra tid! Firmaet kender godt til Chania lufthavn og den manglede plads til folk - vi måtte vente en time på at få lov til at aflevere bagage. Den tid kunne vi nemt have brugt på andet!
