“Waited over one and half at the airport for other passengers to disembark from different flights before we started for Benidorm. Expected 45 mins maximum.”

“We have used this transport several times. It is cheap, but it takes a long long time if you are going to or from Albir. We spent 2,5 hours through Benidorm streets, very loud music noise, and were the last persons to reach destination. Very nice lady at the desk at Alicante airport, various standard of drivers. As first passengers on the return to the airport, we had to spend a long travelling day. Pick up at 11 o'clock, with flight departure at 15.10. Al in all a cheap transport, but a very long stay in the bus.”

“Lorsque l'on arrive à l'aéroport de Palma et que l'on attend 3/4 d'heure que le bus démarre, ça fait trop de temps à attendre, même si c'est indiqué dans vos conditions. D'autre part, il y a eu une erreur de ma part pour la date de notre jour d'arrivée. J'ai dû m'acquitter d'un supplément. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je sollicite vos services. J'ai toujours été très satisfaite jusque là. Je tiens à le souligner.”

“Ni säger att jag ska vara på uthämtningsplatsen 10 minuter innan men blir aldrig upphämtad i tid utan väntan blir minst 25 minuter kl 6 på morgonen. Inte så bra tycker jag. Varför ska jag vara där 10 minuter innan jag blir upphämtat 15 minuter senare än bestämt tid och som första resenär. Mvh Anne”

“Oct 26, Natsun Vera Playa to Almeria Airport, pickup time 07:59 taxi arrived at 08:20. In order to arrive on time, the driver had to drive very fast: ignoring speed limits: e.g. 140kph most of the time where the limit was 120, 100 or even 70. I did not feel safe.”

“Nemt at booke. Vores fly var forsinket og dernæst bagagen forsinket på udturen, det gav jeg besked om til selskabet der skulle hente os. Da vi ankommer i lufthavnen bliver jeg ringet op at vi skulle skynde os ellers ville vi miste vores lift, da der var andre kunder. Chaufføren stod og trippede og det hele var meget stressende. Dog gik hjem turen fra hotel til lufthavn ubeklageligt.”

“When we got there early in the morning,there was only a hand full of cars already parked ,,,I parked against the edge if the field up against the hedge , We have to leave your keys just in case your car had to be moved , On returning to my car ,it was in the same ootion as I left it ,but someone had been driving it because things had moved inside the boot ,,mud slats up the rear of my car ,also the seat and mirror had been moved ,,,, o reason they should have moved my car to the put it back in the same place ,was a bit baffled 🤔”

“I have used the shared shuttle service several times. The pick up from the airport has always been very good with less than 40 minutes waiting time and is designed to provide passenger drop off in the same area. I have always arrived at my hotel within an hour of the bus leaving the airport. However, although the hotel pick-up is very prompt and again everyone is generally picked up in the same area within 15/20 minutes, the pickup time is far too early. I was picked up four and a half hours before my flight and arrived at the airport (after picking everyone up) three and a half hours before my two-hour flight (which was delayed). The check-in desk was not open and had to wait an hour for this to open, there was no seating area outside of the airport and had to wait inside. I can understand that the service needs to accommodate everyone however, most of the people picked up were on the same flight as me. I will use the service again for airport pick up but not drop off as it is not necessary to be at the airport three and a half hours before the flight.”

“Wait time at airport was an hour before transfer commenced (and it was late at night); too long to wait tbh… 30 mins is fine but an hour is just too long !… otherwise; all ok & return journey/pick up from hotel was on time. secondary comment; when driver dropped us off; it was on a side street “close” to our Hotel; zero directions & had to rely on Google maps to find it…. Really !!!”

“Collected at the airport when we arrived which was good but no sign of the transfer when we were to be dropped back at the airport, we had to call the transfers company to get a taxi and in fairness the guy at the end of the phone was helpful but by the time it arrived it was getting close to making the flight”

“The driver arrived 10 minutes early, unfortunately not where I had indicated on the order. We stood waiting outside for 5-10 minutes and I even sent the driver a google maps location of where we were. He was on the phone shouting “Madam! Madam!” which at 4am was a bit much. When he finally found us he made some remark about parking restrictions. But given that our taxi to the B&B dropped us off at that exact spot, it was 4am and only one vehicle passed us (not exactly causing an obstruction), and the fact that I had provided the address in advance, made me wonder what the issue was. Should the customer be expected to know what the local parking restrictions are? I would suggest that the driver sends an exact pick-up location to the customer to avoid any of this stress and confusion. The trip itself to the airport was completely fine.”
