We booked a speedy shuttle from Menorca airport to Cala n’Bosch. It was far from speedy. We waited on the bus for 40 mins whilst everyone got on, which was fine, we knew that could be the case. But the 45 mins it takes to get to the resort took over 2 hours. In total we were on the bus just over 3 hours. Whilst it is much cheaper, spend the extra and get a private transfer. I am pretty sure the standard shuttle is exactly the same as the speedy one, you just pay an extra €7 for the word speedy to be written on your ticket. Never again. Shuttle Direct however- easy check in etc so wouldn’t necessarily not use them. I’d just be selective over the service.

The driver was approximately 45 mins late at the airport. No information was given. We had to call ourselves. Unprofessional. Besides that we got to our hotel in a smooth fashion.

Our journey from palma airport was great, straight roads. unfortunately from our hotel to palma on the way back our driver took the scenic route where it was extremely bumpy and uphill I had 3 kids roaring with pains in their stomach and one of them got so bad she ended up vomiting all of this @8am.. all of this could have been avoided if he travelled the normal road which we took on the way to our hotel

I have used shuttle direct before and never had a problem, but this time the arrival pick up was not good. Admittedly there were delays at Barcelona Airport getting off the plane and going through passport control, but we then had to wait 1 hour for a transfer bus to pick us up! The buses were supplied by From2 so the fault would be theirs not shuttle direct. The pick up on return journey was faultless .....

Have used you before wiry no issues, booked again for a trip last week to same place I booked in April, was same price as April aswel. Unfortunately I didn't realise, as it was the same price , that there were 2 Calle Goya , one in Malaga, one in Benalmadena which was our destination. Was charged an extra €49 to bring us from malaga to Benalmadena, despite already paying €36 . Yet it was only €10 extra for the return journey

Emergency number and office hours number are the exact same so couldn’t call after office hours to check a transfer. Bus was late and also couldn’t ring to make sure it was coming to collect or not.

On arrival in palma airport they were there waiting and the journey to our hotel was very pleasant. We were travelling with a small baby so it was very handy that we could arrange a car seat. However on our return to the airport the car arrived with no car seat. After much back and forth there was no resolution and we had to strap our baby to us in her carrier as we had to make it to the airport for our flight. I was very disappointed as we had paid extra for a car seat and having had such a smooth transfer initially, it put a dampener on the service and gave us an anxious spin back to the airport after a lovely holiday.

No one to meet us upon arrival. Had to walk around until someone asked us if we were ok & knew where we should find a contact for Shuttle Drirect. Driver was very pleasant & got us safely to our hotel.

The price of the transfer was great but the service was not. The driver was not helpful in any way, you could not hear what she was saying when we stopped at the stops as she spoke so quietly. Also the amount of time it took ridiculous it took almost 2 hours. Would not use the service again.

Although the driver was punctual, friendly and the car was extremely clean, due to four people travelling I was given no option but to hire a Van at a higher price. However it was a sedan that met us so I ended up paying for something we didn’t need. I am waiting for a confirmation of a refund.

We were delayed exiting the plane and then long wait in passport control through no fault of our own only to find the taxi had been sent away. We then had to wait another 45 minutes for them to find another taxi. Feel they should have known about the delays or phoned me to find out

Cheap transfer. Easy to find at airport and drop off outside holiday apartment. Only issue was a very long wait until all booked on shuttle had turned up.

I gave the driver a 10 euro bill because I wanted to give him 5 euros tip. He did not have change & never gave me back my money !!! Next time, I will not give tip because already included in your price !!
