“Pick up 5 h before the flight, which is unnecessary and we could have enjoyed at least 2 more hours in the hotel and beach Picking up plenty of people on the way, in different towns which are not even on the way to the airport. The trip lasted over 2 h which is incredible considering the normal time to get to the airport is below 1 h. Not recommended. We would rather take a public transport bus which woukd be faster and let us enjoy the last moments of holidays instead of spending the time in the bus and waiting at the airport.”

“Achtung Betrug! Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir den Fahrer nur durch Zufall gefunden. Niemand hat auf uns gewartet. Bei der Rückfahrt wurden wir nicht abgeholt. Nach mehrfachem anrufen sagte man uns, wir sollen uns ein Taxi bestellen. Shuttledirect hat uns trotz mehrfacher E-Mails bis heute nicht geantwortet. Wir fühlen uns betrogen!!! 6-”

“We called you 23 hours ahead to bring one more on the shuttle. It was to late, you answered. The day for departure. The Shuttle arrived on time, but it took 1 1/2 hour, instead of expected 45 min. We missed a meeting at the airport, but the driver got a call to pick up more passenger. This time it was not to late!! It was the first and only time. No more, Thanks”

“Very, very,poor service. Just want your money ahead of time. No customer service! Do not use shuttle direct!! We prepaid over 75 euros for a private pick up and transfer. Upon landing at Barcelona airport, our luggage was delayed. We called Shuttle Direct, no answer X3. When we finally reached them, they said they would only wait 15 min. We said we had no idea when the luggage would arrive so how could we agree to to 15 min! We told them we pre paid for this pick up but they would not wait! They actually requested 75 MORE euros if they were to wait! Do double charge you!!! ( meanwhile our luggage finally came over 2 hours after arrival, and came out with another flight on their carousel!!) We would highly recommend using a regular Taxi when you have collected your baggage. The regular taxis are very efficient and available and MUCH cheaper at Barcelona airport. Only 37 euros. They have a very efficient way to get so many passengers a ride! Shame on you Shuttle Direct for such poor customer service!”

“Aviod. Journey time was clearly advertised as 40 minutes. Transfer time in quiet road conditions was 1Hr 20 Mins False advertising.”

“The driver is a disgrace to the company. Authoritarian, lazy, doesn't speak English, orders us like we are toddlers. Big shame. Shuttle is a regular bus. Bus is old, dirty and cramped seats, no air conditioning. Eating or drinking is not allowed during a 3.5 hour drive. I'll stop talking about it. never again!”

“Took a while to find our man with a sign.A senior citizen that did not want to be found...he was too weak to put a 10kg bag in the mini bus and to top it off dropped us off at the wrong hote.We were abandoned at club ocean...we then had to get another taxi to our apartment ocean lanzamar. So not impressed with this service”

“shuttle direct transfer refused to take us to the hotel because the bus could not get to the hotel , , no mention of this before we arrived to airport , they offered to drop us half a mile away with loads of steps , ended up getting a taxi , and cancelled the return trip very bad service , if you can leave people at the hotel you need to inform them in time to make proper arrangements”

“Airline hat meinen gebuchten Flug am 4.12 gecancelt und ich blieb im Hotel. Sofort informierte ich darüber Shuttlediect. Eine Umbuchung auf einen Ersatztermin wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich das Nichtantreten des gebuchten Transfers nicht verschuldete.”

“Das Shuttle Unternehmen war mehrfach Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Sie wurden in Teneriffa am Flughafen nicht gekannt. Wir wurden nicht abgeholt und als wir bei Expedia uns beschwerten haben sie uns das geld nicht erstattet. Die Rückfahrt haben wir storniert und nun erhalte ich 50% des Betrages nur zurück. Obwohl sie keine Leistung erbracht haben und es war überteuert das Taxi hat uns nur 35€ pro Fahrt gekostet.”

“More than 1 h waiting time at the airport, round trip through Corralejo with stops at 20 hotels. No direct transfer to my hotel in El Cotillo, they left me out on the street with 5 min. walk. With the local bus I would have arrived mich earlier and cheaper!”
