“The packet arrived next business day which is good. VIDEO VERIFY as it was for US travel -- My results were also super fast to arrive but I sent them fairly early morning like 8 am so that perhaps had something to do with it. It was easy to upload my video. So my best testing experience thus far.”

“My tests went missing in the post, not their fault. I had to get a test at the airport so I emailed in and asked for refund, expectingWe the usual 'it's not our fault'. Was given an immediate refund and apology!! No questions asked. They actually care and are really nice. I've recommended them and ordered tests for our return.”

Good morning Bartosz, The fit to fly certification requires you to take a video of you taking the test as a government requirement to where you are travelling to, all testing companies follow the same rules. This is clear on purchasing. Hope this clears it up. Kind regards Sam

Hi there Kathleen, Thank you for your feedback. You don't have to download the app to use our service. As long as you have access to the internet everything can be uploaded to our customer portal which we give information to when you place your order. Kind regards Sam

“OK I left the last review but I think the problem is with the app. I uploaded mine instead (my wife used the app which froze) and worked fine and got my result within a few minutes. Fair play to Skyway customer support who got back to me within the hour and resolved the issue. Problems happen but Skyway have resolved them quickly.”

“Used a few of this companies now, all pretty much the same, but Skyway were different. Some personality and real people behind the business who if you need to you can talk to. I had problem and go their number off Google. Called up thinking I'd be waiting for ages. Left a voicemail and had a call back from Sam in 10 minutes. Sorted my issue, was lovely about it. I will def use again.”

“App froze whilst trying to complete step by step process of test, lost video, couldn’t submit video so tried again however, guessing they did end up getting the video after none the less it worked out and got certificate within minutes. Same thing happened to another member of family in another location. App freezing is a big issue and needs to be sorted otherwise very smooth process and quick issuance of certificate.”

“Convenient to be able to test from home and at whatever time suits you. Although the maximum video size is very small so needs to be recorded at a very low quality and I needed to use multiple websites to compress the video size.”

“I bought tests with next day tracking delivery. The tests did not came in time. No solution was offered initially. The offer to buy and use NHS tests was too little too late. Did get a refund but that’s useless if you need a test in time for your flight. Very disappointing to say the least.”

Hi Marjolein, I am sorry you did not receive your test kits in time. We had an issue with DPD at the end of last week and this is why we refunded you straight away and also offered an alternative method. Unfortunately this was out of our control and incredibly frustrating for all involved so for that we apologise again. Kind regards Sam
