“Overall very good. Washer and dryer will arrive 10 days sooner and $200 less than Home Depot. Online sales person, Michael, was available. Only caveat was website said it could be delivered 3 days before the washer was even in-house. Timing was important with this particular delivery. Will use them again though.”

“Michael called me to inform me that the machine I ordered was incorrectly listed as immediately available on their website. To remedy this, he offered (without prompt) to upgrade me to a better unit free of cost so that I could take delivery when I originally intended. Buying local matters when companies care about their customers. Will be buying again!”

“Unlike everywhere else I tried, I was able to buy from their store, and go pick up from their warehouse the same day, not even an hour after purchasing. They were even willing to deliver and install the next day, I would’ve had them do that, but I couldn’t wait any longer thanks to Home Depot screwing the order up completely. We ended up being without a washer and dryer for a few days while waiting for Home Depot to figure it out, cancelled that order with them and went to Slyman bros and had our appliance within an hour!”

“I had always enjoyed working with Mike. When he left Slyman I worked with Chris once and he was good. He was unavailable when my microwave went out and I will taken care of by Trent. I did not feel that Trent was good at follow-up or keeping to the schedule he told me to expect. He placed the order and then just waited to see what would come. I originally talked to him on the 5th and he said it should be there on the 8th. It was actually a full week later - after I bugged him about it. Maybe he is new to Slyman and just needs some coaching.”

“This washing machine is the third appliance we've bought from Slyman Bros. We've also bought a dishwasher and a refrigerator from them. We're super happy with the performance of all three appliances. This time, we didn't bother shopping anywhere else. Slyman's prices are competitive, but what matters more is knowing that if anything isn't right with the appliance or the service, they'll make it right.”

“I ordered a W/D online for delivery. Online it prompted me to pay for a steam attachment to the dryer. During installation it was realized that my make and model does not have that attachment. My delivery was fine. Waiting for a refund for the attachment.”

“The appliances arrived in the time frame given to me The guys were very professional and I never saw or heard them having conversation or interaction unless it was about something about the move etc. Great customer service. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. 8th”
