“Do not use them. Or even provide them with bank details. They signed me up to a paid service without my knowledge or consent. They just used my bank details that i had used with them 6 years previously to do this. Absolute scammers. Clearly just signing people up to stuff, hoping they don't realise its happened, and then refuse to refund them afterwards.”
“Completely fraudulent company that will take money out of your account, years after cancellation! They won’t refund it and claim you “agreed” to any changes. To technically they could take thousands out once they have your bank details.”
“Careful! If you cancel the subscription and confirm this, you will be charged a large amount, full subscription. You don't have anyone to talk to, you get automatic answers, they advise you to cancel the subscription with no certainty that you won't be charged again. an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend!”
“Não adiram a este serviço. Não confiável. Quando tentarem cancelar, irão cobrar-vos quantias enormes de dinheiro, e dificultaram o cancelamento ao máximo que puderem.”
“Completely dishonest company that like to charge credit card without consent for useless service and then , don’t want to refund. Stay away from that fraudulent company!”
“We just finished our trip to Taj mahal trip from Delhi booked through Indianexperience.in, A Travel Agency (www.indianexperience.in) based in New Delhi and I wish to say their travel arrangements exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From staring inquired about the tour to the final goodbye, the service provided was impeccable.
The itinerary crafted by team for 2-day tour was well-thought-out, allowing 2 hours’ time to explore the UNESCO Heritage building Taj Mahal. The vehicle we booked with them was Toyota which was comfortable for 2 of us with our luggage. Indian Experience’s arrangements were seamless, ensuring a comfortable journey throughout our trip.
What truly stood out was the expertise and knowledge of the tour guides Guide Salman provided us insights into the history, architecture, and cultural significance of the Taj Mahal added immense value to the experience. Moreover, their friendly behavior and willingness to accommodate our preferences made the tour all the more enjoyable.
In terms of accommodation and dining options, we stayed at hotel Taj Resorts, we also went through their reviews, location etc. it was a comfortable stay at hotel Taj Resort with all necessary amenities, and lunch was provided at hotel Jay Pee Palace were delicious, offering a taste of authentic local cuisine.
Overall, I wholeheartedly we recommend Indian Experience for anyone planning a tour to the Taj Mahal for their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable and hassle-free experience.
We would definitely use their services for our future holidays with them again.”
“Never used StarOfService but they are using my name with a fake profile. Using informations they found on LinkedIn and make me looking as a sing teach (what I'm not). So, most certainly, it's definitely a scam.”
“Star of service charged me nz$ 940 for subscription which I didn’t ask for. And they won’t even reply to my emails for refund . I am so disappointed with their service.”
“Sends emails repetitively. When I opened it and checked my info I updated it. I have no recollection of signing up to this service despite them insisting I did and they state the contract I signed locked me into a 3 month contract which will be 2 more charges of $189 each. Says this must be paid and I won't be eligible for a refund despite not needing this service. Will not negotiate refund with me keeps throwing their apparent contracts clause that traps people in. Possibly looked at the advertisement of trial service but did not register for it. Likely selected the button while holding phone and doing other things like a pocket call. Do not need this service 😒 so far been charged $189 2 more of them payments to go 🤬”
“I cancelled the service on the last day of the free trial period, with online forms for cancellation and email verification that I have cancelled. Regardless, they continued to subtract monthly high fees in a fixed contract of 3 months (automatic, without me signing a contract) in spite of nearly a 100 emails back and forth that in the middle and the end included the Co-Founder's private and business addresses. Anna, the only 'name' for any customer representation, is not available via phone. Nor is any other person in the company. The email replies to any of my emails were 90% templated without any consideration of my particular concerns/questions, therefore repeating and simply 'noise'. When Anna did start to take notice, was when I lodged and copied a cyber crime notification and copied the Co-Founder in. I was threatened that I had apparently broken their contractual agreement with members by copying in other members of StarOfService in my email(s). I was accused of having 'used' their service and therefore could not be refunded (I went on to prove with screenshots to them that my apparent use was due to their own Turbo message service which automatically sends an introduction, personalised, to any matched lead to my offered service, as per their platform algorithm. I had to prove that this Turbo messaging was set up during my free trial period of 7 days. I had to prove that I had not responded to any would be client after that period. You can imagine how emotionally and physically draining all of this was. Today they at last refunded all my subscription fees, to the total of $544 (Australian) for the 3 months that they had illegally taken it from me. In the last email to me, Anna says: "We have some good news for you and hope you appreciate our gesture. As an exception, we have refunded all 3 bills that you have paid. We are confident that you will complete all the procedures you have initiated as soon as possible and reconsider any online reviews you may have written." Here is the email sent to me the day after the free 7 day trial when I wanted to know why they had ignored my cancellation of their services: "Thank you for filling out the (cancellation) form. Your application (for cancellation and refund of the first month's fee of $179) has been rejected because: Your current subscription is under a 3-month commitment. We have informed you about the 3-month commitment once the subscription is activated, in case you do not cancel the trial period. We will add the 15$ cancellation fee to your account, and it will be used as a credit for the payment of the subscription renewal. You can request cancellation from November 29, 2023." There is substantial proof that this company is a scam. I encourage all who have had similar experiences to lodge their proof with cyber crime police, like I am doing.”
“DO NOT let this company scam you. The worst company one can ever deal with. Please spare yourself the agony, frustration and grief of using StarofService. Zero leads they provided and you get charged a lot. Even worse, they do not let you cancel their 0 Star service when you try to.
If you email them, you just get automated responses. When you try to cancel, it takes an hour of your time to answer all the never ending questions and go through numerous steps and at the end of it, you still cannot cancel. No legit company in the world does this.”
“DON’T GO With This Scam Company!! I’ve informed them in countless emails that I wanted to not subscribe to this company as they raised there rates from £69 to £129
They keep saying I need to cancel by a filling in this stupid long form (pages long) just to unsubscribe!! I’ve tried nformed them by email,s countless times in early June but they just keep bombarding me with email still even though we are in early July Demanding payment!! I’ve told them not to email me again but they just don’t listen or care!
I’m Not Paying This Scam Company Anymore Money!!! (read this star of service)”
“I want to share a warning about Star of Service and their deceptive practices, including unauthorized charges. My experience with this platform has been highly unsatisfactory, leading me to believe that it operates as a scam.
Initially, I signed up as a coach in Ecuador but soon became overwhelmed by excessive promotional emails, despite repeatedly requesting to be unsubscribed. Recently, I discovered unauthorized charges of $500 for a premium subscription and $37 on two occasions for monthly subscriptions, despite never approving or using these services.
Furthermore, I learned that other customers have also experienced unauthorized charges from Star of Service. Their lack of response and transparency in addressing this issue raises serious concerns.
I strongly advise against using Star of Service. Their unauthorized charges and disregard for customer preferences highlight their unethical practices. Consider alternative platforms that prioritize transparency, respect, and customer satisfaction.
Note: This review reflects my personal experience and may not represent everyone's experience.”
