“The concept is amazing and is very unique so desperately want this company to work however, the website usability is terrible which makes it challenging particularly on mobile to find what you want. Delivery was much longer than anticipated, there was no communication on how long it would be (until I chased via an email to the support team - who by the way are great).
When the package arrived there was an item missing (apparently they emailed me but I had no email either in my inbox or spam). Eventually another item was dispatched to me but that was nearly 2 weeks after my initial order was placed.
If they can get some of these operational issues sorted out then I would be a lifelong customer.”

Pros - love the concept and all the clothes I've had, some of which have been brand new when I've received them. Customer service has been responsive. Like that they will collect the previous box (5 items) when they drop off the new one.
Cons - website UX is poor (it's buggy - filters often don't work etc), no transparency around renewal and shipment dates (on a few occasions I've not received my swap/shipment email and had to chase) and delivery times are inconsistent (it's taken 3 days - 2 weeks). Newer stuff has often all gone in my size by the time I can place an order - could do with more stock in size 10/12.”
“Clothes are in good worn condition. Size guides we're accurate. I had the royal mail option and from ordering to delivery took 9 days. It's been helpful for me as I've changed size & don't want to invest in a new wardrobe temporarily.”

Had to do a chase to find out when the clothes would be delivered (no update for a few days after placing the order) customer service replied the next day and said they’ve led prioritise my order and it would be delivered the next day.
Clothes are worn but good. Similar wear to what you would expect from purchasing from a charity shop.”
