Pros - love the concept and all the clothes I've had, some of which have been brand new when I've received them. Customer service has been responsive. Like that they will collect the previous box (5 items) when they drop off the new one.
Cons - website UX is poor (it's buggy - filters often don't work etc), no transparency around renewal and shipment dates (on a few occasions I've not received my swap/shipment email and had to chase) and delivery times are inconsistent (it's taken 3 days - 2 weeks). Newer stuff has often all gone in my size by the time I can place an order - could do with more stock in size 10/12.”
“Clothes are in good worn condition. Size guides we're accurate. I had the royal mail option and from ordering to delivery took 9 days. It's been helpful for me as I've changed size & don't want to invest in a new wardrobe temporarily.”

Had to do a chase to find out when the clothes would be delivered (no update for a few days after placing the order) customer service replied the next day and said they’ve led prioritise my order and it would be delivered the next day.
Clothes are worn but good. Similar wear to what you would expect from purchasing from a charity shop.”
“Love the concept of Devout, and will definitely continue with subs. Great quality items, lovely compliments from friends. Knocked down 1 star as website is a bit buggy with updating my orders & UX could be better. But so far. So good.”
“Just received my first order. Delivery took about 5 days from ordering. Customer service has been great with prompt responses and any issues resolved quickly. The clothes I received are all lovely. One Whistles Jumper very short in arms and body so I’m wondering if it’s shrunk a bit. It’s lovely despite this. Other items are all fantastic, thank you! Great concept and choice of garments.”
“I think this is such a great idea and I’m really excited to enjoy the “new things” feeling without spending a fortune or generating loads of waste. If I had a small gripe it would be that my items were delivered in a plastic bag, which although I’m sure it helps to keep costs down, meant they arrived crumpled and I’ll need to iron them before wearing. Not a major issue though and wouldn’t put me off using again.”

Agree with others that website/UX could be improved, but as this is a fairly new company I think it's fair to bear with them a while!

Love the chance to try new stuff and rent occasion wear when needed, but have had issues with sizing being incorrect/coming up too small which has meant I couldn’t use certain items.”
“Very happy with orders received so far but would like to see a greater range of products in my size (16/L). I can see that this could be the reason for me stopping the service in the future. Hopefully this will improve.
The courier was a day late in delivering but kept me informed so it wasn't a problem on this occasion.”
“Speedy delivery and good quality clothes - 2 of my 3 were new. Fun to try out more out there styles than I would usually if I were buying for keeps, AND saving fashion waste. Only ask would be for more size 16, especially trousers and jeans.”
“Quick and easy delivery! Clothes all fit and good quality. Only downside is lots of items were unavailable so I’m not sure how long I’ll keep finding things to ‘borrow’”
