After emailing the company the first issue was actually my user error and the other very small issue was dealt with straight away although it needs a part ordered which is not the company's fault. “Pre ordered my eagle pro came the next day as soon was in stock a couple of weeks later, impressive! After a couple of hours on the eagle pro my first scooter. All I can say it is a beast in all respects! Fast, agile with enough speed power variations for me to have fun while learning to drive over the coming weeks. I thought it was fast then actually engaged turbo & dual for first time, ooh! la! la! BEWARE! Also BEWARE! Who purchase your scooter from as it would appear some are arrogant, and have knowledge or passion for what they sell. Example after a few weeks of owning scooter notice screw missing from side bumper, I thought why bother spending £2.99 50 screws I need 1. I'll call escootetco.com they'll pop 1 in the post for me no problem it's a 6p screw, NOT. I call, can you send an email, fine. Next day can you send pic, reply with pic and screw type. A few days later I call see if there progress. They will reply just busy, I understand but it is 1 screw and stamp. We need to keep track of cost, sorry! I just spent nearly £2000 this is great customer service, where sales assistant put the phone down, charming! Still LOVE MY SCOOTER”
