The flowers, when found the next day, were probably quite nice, but ruined after being left on a wall in the rain in a cardboard box, overnight. No obstruction was given for them to be just left somewhere, and the phone number of the recipient, who was home at the time of delivery, had been provided with the order I suggest you do not use Yodel again for deliveries, the driver had over 140 drops to make in a day, which is ridiculous. He arrived at 7pm. There is no porch at the delivery address, the house is set back from the road, with an unlocked gate. When i called to ask if they had been received, she said "no', and they were only found by chance the next day, already drying out instead of being put in water straight away. Delivery was requested around midday, Yodel offered only between 9am and 6pm. I have previously sent flowers by Interflora and they arrived on time and in good condition. In short the delivery service rates as abysmal

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we are very unhappy that your flower delivery went like this, of course as you know we have contacted our courier about this matter, and thank you for your understanding. I'm glad that the flowers were received after the "hunt". Again apologies for this delivery issue.

Amazing flowers. Even better than expected. My partner loved them. Will 100% buy from there in the future. I would highly recommend The Flower Shops. Great service aswell. Ordered them at 21.45 and they was delivered at 11am the next day as promised. 10/10

Whereas the flowers themselves were satisfactory the delivery was a disgrace the box clearly marked which way up it should be delivered it was upside down on the front step this was very difficult to see in photo sent but door was answered promptly and box found upside down resulting in some of the roses been damaged. I did rate DPD the delivery company poorly but have heard nothing from them since. I have looked for the photo since to forward to you but it seems to have gone.

After giving the wrong number of the house that the driver was delivering to he rang my mobile and went way over his remit by liaison with me over the phone until he found the right house.. thank you so much..

They didn’t send the picked bouquet which was disappointing as it’s not cheap. sent a box filled with colourful flowers but not particularly well arranged

Apologies for the phone call volume, I have gone ahead and reordered the flowers, upgrading them to the "Letterbox Snowdrift" with our apologies. We will be addressing the matter with our courier partner responsible for this delivery. Thank you for your patience and understanding, I'm happy we were able to rectify the situation

I loved the bouquet I chose not wasn’t as fond of the substitution. The original one looked like an actual arrangement but the other one not so much

Sadly flowers not delivered on my god-daughters 30th birthday. Only informed of this at 17.00 on the day, so too late to replace on the day Delivered,16.00 the next day

Never used before but ordered flowers for my partners sisters birthday , ordered and within one hour they were there !! The flowers looked exactly like they did on the photograph , stunning and the recipient was over the moon with them , will definitely use again x

I will never use this company again!! Firstly the bouquets do not reflect the price paid. Secondly, they sent to the billed address and not the delivery address (which is just appalling) Thirdly, I specifically asked for this to be delivered before 12pm and they arrived hours later, when no one was home. These were a 70th birthday gift and it was ruined due to lack of service and professionalism in your field

Thank you for your feedback Sarah, our apologies for the mistakes made with your order. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were not a great match to our brochure, and substitutions were made - as stated on our site and confirmation emails, although we try to notify you of this before. In this case, no email was sent. We DO NOT commit to specific delivery times as mentioned on the phone today, we can only deliver between 9am and 6pm as per our website. I am investigating the mistake with your delivery address and as per our conversation please accept our apologies, I'm glad that we were able to rectify the situation.
