“Waited in for an 8 to 8 delivery which has not arrived. Seller has no information. Cannot track my order, does not know where it is and cannot communicate with Tuffnells. So it begs the question, why on earth do they bother with such an unprofessional company? Shocking service, or lack of.”
“They lost a four piece sofa set, how you can loose an item that large I don’t know! I contacted them directly and it took 5 days to get a response, their response was that they wouldn’t investigate or discuss with me as I was the receiver and not the sender. Tracking states that the item couldn’t be delivered for “other reasons” at 5pm (delivery was never attempted), then at 7am the following morning the barcode was scanned back in to the depot where it subsequently vanished into thin air. Read into that what you will, perhaps it fell off the back of a lorry (?)”
“Allegedly parcel dispatched 25th with expedited delivery at extra cost, 1-2 days. Still not showing in tuffnells system pm 27th. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing anything further from companies that use this "shower" for their delivery. Expecting bot response we are sorry blah blah high level sickness/ covid/ poor management, glitches in app.”
“I am so impressed with the exceptional service received today from a Tuffnells’ delivery driver.
I’d ordered a very large, heavy item (a birthday gift) that needed delivering to my son’s, difficult to locate, 4th floor flat. The driver, Mark Wilkie (I asked his permission to use his name in this review), went above and beyond the call of duty to firstly locate his obscure address and secondly to help my son get the heavy item up 4 flights of stairs.
When he couldn’t find it he phoned all the numbers available to him, including mine (I’m in a different city) to try to locate my son’s, very weirdly positioned, street entrance.
When I answered the phone I could hear that he was asking directions from a passerby too.
Mark was so polite, helpful and determined to get this bulky item delivered on time. I just know that some firms/drivers would have given up on the difficult delivery and took it back to the depot. Also, it’s made very clear by the company that items are delivered to the premises external door only but Mark said he couldn’t leave my son struggling alone up all those stairs so took the time to give him a hand.
How I wish all customer service was as efficient, polite and thoughtful as that which Mark provided today. Unfortunately I find it’s very rare these days which is why I want to thank this lovely delivery driver for being so conscientious, helpful and patient.
Tuffnells either train their people well to take pride in doing a good job or they are very lucky to have a superstar employee in their midst. Thank you Mark.
I can’t thank Mark personally so I will be leaving this positive review wherever I can and will also be letting the company the item was purchased from know what a great delivery service we received from Tuffnells today, 26/4/2022.”

Tracking said Out for delivery ... waited in all day and when it still hadn't arrived at 1930 checked the tracking again and it said " we have received your item at our delivery depot"..... This is not the first time this has happened, Tuffnells are a joke.... appalling service and fail to deliver as promised repeatedly.... unfortunately I have no control over who the sender chooses to use as a courier however I do when I send, Tuffnells wouldn't ever feature on my radar!!!!! Steer clear in my opinion.”

Waited in all day for my underlay to come cancelled all plans I needed to do and never turned up and my parcel has not arrived!! I’ve just been on the tracking to track my parcel and now it’s saying it’s been delivered! I haven’t received anything so your drivers are lying! I’m now having to sleep on the sofa with my 2 year old daughter because I couldn’t put my carpets down as you failed to deliver my parcel and now claiming you have delivered it when nothing has arrived! No live tracking to tell you where your parcel is or what time it would come and can’t contact anyone as they don’t answer your emails! Absolutely disgusting service! I’ve tried emailing 6 TIMES now to see why they have lied about delivering my parcel and to see where it is and when it going to be delivered and they are useless don’t even get back in touch with their customers absolutely shocking service will never use tuffnells again!!”

“Item 1 sent by courier with Tuffnells. The bike went missing, It was then found on CCTV with members of staff around it. The item then went missing once again and I was told by a member of staff that agency staff had probably ripped the label off and taken the item. Suffice to say, I had one box returned and the box has been opened and taped back up terribly. People definitely opening it and seeing what was inside. Clear theft from members of staff but cannot prove it. They will not even reimburse me the costs, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. STAY AWAY. I WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE.”
“Arranged a collection for only day off. Stayed home the whole day only for them to not collect the parcel. Appalling service. And when I tried to track it, it says no valid response from Tufnell. I had a feeling I should of stuck to the well known couriers I always use. Cheaper isn’t always better! No communication at all from Tufnells, they just want a good review!”
“Initially waited a week for delivery only to be told there was a delay. Another week delay later advised it failed delivery even though it was never attempted. I reorder. Now 2 weeks later I am still waiting and they fail to give reason for this, so advised to cancel and reorder so third time lucky?”

I’m glad that we have CCTV all around my block of flats including the lift to prove what liars they are and the scams that they operate
not keeping to a set delivery time and offering you a delivery without consulting whether it’s convenient or whether someone’s going to be at home especially when you are expecting a large item.
Never use this company and if you buy online make sure that this company will not be your delivery people!”
