“1 Parcel of 2 delivered last week on Wed 1 day late. Second parcel not delivered and declared lost by Friday. Company sends replacement package for priority delivery Monday. Item is now marked as delivered with no item arriving, after showing as out for delivery all day until 8pm. Lost item also now showing as delivered with a forged signature and condition report. In total I've stayed home 4 days waiting for nothing! This is not just bad service, its shocking and fraudulent. I will be reporting to trading standards.”

I spent the whole of Saturday in the house waiting - caused an argument and misery. Just give the right information! It isn't hard to do...

“What an absolute joke. Don’t deserve ANY stars. Ordered a table, which was being made. Firstly, Tufnell didn’t turn up to collect item from furniture company on correct day. Collected a day late. Secondly, Tufnell were supposed to contact me with a time slot. Nope…I had to contact furniture company who, after contacting Tufnell, told me it would be here today 4-5pm. At 4.10pm, furniture company contacted me to say that for no reason whatsoever Tufnell had decided not to deliver to me but back to the originating company. EPIC FAIL!!! Now I have to wait again as furniture company is employing the services of another courier!!!
Avoid at all costs. Judging by all the other reviews, no-one has a good word to say about them!! Utterly useless. Talk the talk (read their glowing website!!) but definitely can’t walk the walk. At this rate, they’ll be limping all the way to the bankrupt bin!!”
“Tuffnells have failed to collect a 2.7m delivery 3 times. On the third attempt they collected it and returned to sender without explaining why. Currently awaiting delivery attempt 4 and it's already a day late. I honestly don't know how this company still exists.”
“Delivery has been scheduled for 13th October to make sure that somebody is home. No delivery on that day. On 14 th I had a call from driver and he is saying that he is outside. Of course nobody home. I said I can be there in 10 minutes. I came home in 10 minutes and found delivery on neighbours drive. No driver on site.”
“I called up, sat on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same repeated message to speak to some dim-witted woman who said she couldn't track or do anything because I wasn't the account holder. Well, you've been emailing me every day for three days to say you'll deliver something. I'm not sure what difference it makes whether the account holder calls you or not.
Why you'd choose to behave like that I have no idea - no other delivery company needs to. And get some call centre staff who have some customer service skills.”
“Mine isn’t even about a delivery but about their drivers, have called a emailed several times to complain and heard nothing, these guys speed and don’t care if they kill, one driver got out to tell me, this wasn’t his #uckin# fault before driving off, thankfully it was all caught on dash cam, the guy couldn’t care less, he’s lucky nobody was hurt, I watch them drive into the Lanark depo every day and wonder when they’re going to crash, won’t be a company I will be using put it that way!”
“Majority of parcels delivered are damaged, some totally unusable.
Current route driver is rude, arrogant and aggressive and literally throws parcels through the door which is a dangerous trip hazard as we are a retail shop and our customers could easily trip on them.

“AVOID this excuse of a 'delivery service'! They have sent an email for 4 days on the trot stating our delivery (expensive large item) would be sent on each one of the days in which I have had to wait in for, which has been most inconvenient and as yet still no delivery! Packages go missing all the time.
I went to the depot in Basingstoke and found hundreds of expensive packages that had been left abandoned.
They lost my package which was 6 foot by 3 foot vanity mirror.
I am still chasing it from June 2020.
Tuffnells say they are covered under their term's and conditions.

“Tuffnells left my 17ft flooring at the side of my property and didn’t ring the doorbell or knock the door i was lucky that a neighbour knocked my door to say it was there. Im disabled and had to get neighbours to lift it for me. Tuffnells is a disgrace it’s easy to ring the doorbell and they still chose not too.”
“Could only get hold of the depot once in 18 days still not had goods delivered wouldn’t let me pick them up myself and the excuse I got was sorry they’ve been forgotten about should have been delivered on 2nd august 2021 and even the suppliers of the goods have had no joy trying to push them for delivery”

A one day delivery service is over a week late, and still no update. They will not talk to the CUSTOMER to who they are delivering. They continue to accept packages knowing full well that when they accept the order they will not fulfil the service level that they are being paid for. A deceitful, dishonest excuse of a company whose management should be held to account.
You cannot leave a complaint. Their head office phone number is disconnected. A shoddy company that does not deserve any custom.
