“Brilliant!!! Cannot recommend Cathy & her gang enough. My wee fella went from hating the bath & water to absolutely loving it! Turtle Tots are by far the best choice made as a parent yet!”

“I booked a class for my wee one shortly after doing so my circumstances changed and at the moment we are unable to attend swimming, this was the same day I booked and paid for the class I emailed straight away to advise we were unable to attend and asked for a full refund it took a week for Claire to get back to me she never acknowledged my refund request just said sorry you can’t attend the class. Another week passed and I noticed I received a refund however it was short £20 I messaged Claire straight away she got back to me and stated that the £20 is a cancellation fee and it is in the terms and conditions. I asked to see a copy of this, no reply i am still waiting and that was over 2 weeks ago. No where in the terms and conditions does it state there is a cancellation charge. I just wish I read some of the negative reviews before booking, I would avoid this company!”

“I have been bringing my children to turtle tots for the past 7 years with my oldest, my middle child has also done turtle tots and my 3rd baby will be starting in a couple of weeks…the confidence my children have with water is amazing they also know how important swimming is and is a life skill, this is all thanks to turtle tots I would always recommend them! The teachers have so much knowledge, they are caring and always work with your child on there needs! It’s a lovely company to swim with!”

“Last email I sent to turtle tots which didn't get a reply. I'm sharing so other people considering turtle tots won't go through the same experience: I have to say, I am so disappointed in the way I've been treated as a customer by turtle tots. We were so excited to join and I had such a positive experience with swimming lessons in the UK with a different company. It's been so important for me to make sure my daughter continues swimming lessons to the point that I struggle to pay the term but I do it because swimming is such a vital skill to have. Since we've been coming to turtle tots, there have been MULTIPLE issues. The pool temperature was too cold, the changing rooms are too cold, the floors are extremely slippy, not one but two classes cancelled with short notice, a lack of availability when booking a make up class, lack of options for dates to attend the next term and absolutely no consideration for my daughter to be put into the toddler intro class even though she's more capable than most of the children that are twice her age which her swim teacher even agreed and now this is the cherry on top. We are paying an extortionate amount for less than average swimming lessons, honestly I can't say my daughter has learnt much since November despite it costing €21 a lesson. I gave ample notice that my daughter was unable to attend, she had a severe case of croup and an ear infection. She's actually still not 100% well and still on anti biotics but now I have to risk her health to come along to the last session tomorrow because I can't afford to lose out on €42. There's been such a lack of empathy on your behalf and I honestly wouldn't recommend turtle tots as a last resort. I've never felt so let down. I really do hope that your future customers don't go through what I have had to so I'll be leaving reviews to share my experience.”

“My daughter loves swimming with Alison! The lessons are great, never had a class cancelled. Alison really gets to know your child and you can see their confidence and skills grow week on week. The pool is super warm and the changing facilities are fab ! Could not recommend Turtle Tots more!”

“Beware. Our turtle tots franchisee closed down and ignored requests for a refund. The main company have washed their hands and suggested we claim via our credit card company even though we paid direct debit. We now have the hassle of pursuing through the courts. In our experience money paid is not safe.”

“My daughter Esme loves being in the pool. It's great having all the different songs & rhymes for Esme to learn each skill. Esme's confidence is growing every week and is now doing most of the actions in the pool herself. Gemma is a great teacher. Thank you Gemma & TurtleTots.”

“Having first the privilege of Turtle Tots lessons with my eldest and now my youngest, I can honestly say it's one of the best investments as you really see the children grow in confidence and then it becomes a highlight of yours and your child's week. So grateful we get to continue at this stage.”

“I think the lessons are fantastic the instructor (Danielle) knows my child’s name and is super friendly with him. There are different things we do in the pool each week and my little one is challenged but massively enjoys his time in the pool. I have reccomended Turtle tots and will continue to.”

“I take my granddaughter to Jen at The Marriott in Hale Barns. The pool itself is beautiful and always a great temperature which is a great start for little ones. Jen is very friendly and patient and has an excellent way with the children. My granddaughter is on her 2nd session of lessons with the 4 and unders, she is the oldest, and the majority are now swimming, one like a dolphin!, or starting to swim unaided and they all thoroughly enjoy their lessons. Highly recommended”

“Really disappointed with customer services and I’m sorry I didn’t read the bad reviews on this before booking my child in. My 4 year old was really enjoying the swimming and we came back, unfortunately week 2 wasn’t on and we weren’t notified at all.”
